I love this site! Their products are fantastic and their service is unparalleled. Highly recommend buying nails from them - they last for ages, are extremely high quality and are a super affordable alternative to salon nails, with the added bonus that there is little to no damage to your nails!

I'm new to gel nail strips and this was the first time I've used MoYou. They were very easy to apply and a good price. The UV light made the gels harden which I liked as my nails are weak and prone to bending. The pattern was quirky and I liked that each nail was different. I've had multiple compliments on my nails and people even thought I had them professionally done. I'm buying more patterns as gifts to my family who I've recommended 😊

These are a game changer!
I love having different designs on my nails but finding the time to go to the salon and the cost really put me off.
Then I found these gel nail strips. They were super easy and quick to apply with a little stretching needed for some nails and there are so many colours and designs to choose from!

Lovely designs and really easy to use. I have used Moyou plus several other cheaper companies and I have to say it is well worth paying a little extra for Moyou. The designs last for at least two weeks and are very secure.

My order came really quickly was really impressed with that, but unfortunately the actual product isnt great did my nails at 11am by 1:30pm I'd lost 2 nails. Wouldn't order again.

Update September 4th

I received an email by Julie on August 18th stating that they will look into it and try to redirect the package. It also said it might take some time. I have not heard from them since, not even an update on the process and it has been 3 weeks again. I’m not sure if that’s enough time to coordinate with shipping partners or not but I was expecting an update, a shipping number or at least a refund if redirecting the delivery was for some reason not possible. On top of that I am now receiving emails asking me to review the products that I never received. These emails are also signed by Julie.

I ordered a few stamping plates to be delivered to Germany. The tracking link that was provided to me was working fine at first, but I was later sent a different link once the order had been processed and the carrier also suddenly changed. The order did not leave the city of origin and showed a delivery exception and return to sender. I contacted FedEx, who said that they could not see anything on their end and that I had to contact the shop. I contacted customer service via the chat on the website, the email address from which I received the order confirmation, as well as info email, and the marketing email address, and sent them all the screenshots I had, in the hope that I would receive some kind of reply.
Nothing.
The only response I received was an automated reply from the marketing email address stating that they don't regularly check that specific inbox. I'm pretty sure by now that they don't check their inbox at all. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't received a reply, an automated refund or the product. I would still prefer to receive the product, as I would still like to get the stamping plates. This is the worst experience I've had to date.

Complete waste of time & money. They don’t stick in place, the edges lift & the wrap is quite thick & not very pliable. Very disappointing :(

Fab nail wraps. Used 3 times now with different designs. Easy to apply and last at least 2 weeks. So many designs to choose from. I love them and will continue to buy more.

I’ve been a fan of MOYOU for quite some time now and have always been really happy with the products. Everything I’ve ever purchased (nail plates, polish, accessories, press-ons) has always been high quality and does the job perfectly!

MoYou nails are incredible - I can finally have gorgeous nails whenever I want in loads of fun designs and colours. They are so easy to apply and take no time at all - faster than painting nails and waiting for them to dry! I have never been someone who had fancy nails; I always thought it was beyond my budget to regularly go to a salon. But these are so affordable, especially for how long they last. I am obsessed with this brand and now consider gel nail strips part of my self-care routine.

Amazing
I have the most sensitive nails ever….. I’ve tried everything on the nail market to have beautiful nails, and until now none have worked. These gel strip nails, have changed my life, now finally after years I too can have pretty nails, that don’t ache, no damage and look amazing. They go on quickly and come off just as easily. I love this product and won’t look back. Thank you MoYou I’m so glad I followed you and took the plunge. If your in doubt don’t be, give them a try.

Another update - I've since had a reply and a replacement lamp. It's been acknowledged that there's an issue with the email address so they are putting a fix in for that.

UPDATE-I have had a reply on Instagram and a new lamp is being sent. If it arrives, and works, I will update to 5 stars.

I have been trying to contact the company about a faulty lamp that was sent. I emailed 1 address, twice, then tried a different email from their website. Today I've gone to their returns section as the product is unusable without a lamp, sent a 4th email to them and got a reply stating "this inbox is not monitored and try "x" email address. The email address suggested is one I've contacted twice already.
I've also sent them a message on Instagram. No reply to all.

I'll be posting my items back today and I want a refund for the postage costs as well as the item is faulty.

I've been motivated to write a review as I have told so many people about these nails in real life!

I took a punt on ordering a few sets of the gel stick ons after being sick of damaging my nails with normal gels and hating the faff of taking the gel off. I saw an instagram ad and tbh was sceptical but eventually decided to give it a go. I have to say I have been blown away!

They last SO well. I've had 2 weeks out of them and definitely could have had more but just fancied a change. They are cheaper than getting my nails done professionally and can be taken off in less than 5 mins. Plus it takes make 15 mins to do a full set. The variety of colours is great and I have ordered about 10 sets now to take with me as I prepare to move abroad as I am not sure what the international shipping is like.

As a tip I add a coat of gel topcoat for extra shine.

Honestly I can't see myself going back to salon nails ever again.

First purchased these on a Boots £10 Tuesday deal, the quality of the wraps are fab, easy to put on and remove, I had 3 weeks use which is absolutely fantastic, I swim regularly and sauna and they lasted, so pleased with them I ordered directly from Moyou and did the 4for3 and I’m going to do another order and stock up, they have a fabulous choice of designs and colours,

I am so impressed by these gel nails. I had very low expectations I wasn’t sure what to expect but the are incredibly easy to put on, even first time I did the whole set in 10 minutes. They are so sturdy. My natural nails are protected and I’ve not had to file down the surface and weaken my nail bed. They look great, they’re a fraction the cost of a gel manicure. I’ve ordered several more fun patterns. Very excited about this discovery!!

Great product
After turning my back on salons due to damaged nails, I'm delighted with this system. First time applying myself and they lasted over two weeks (possibly more but I decided I wanted a change). The strips came off easily and my nails looked in better condition afterwards than before. Delighted with them!

I have been buying my products from this company for a few months now and am very happy with what I have bought there are so many colours and patterns to choose and very easy to put on and take off so much better than going to a salon but then this is my choice my own last for 2 to 3 weeks (brilliant 😊)and I have just received some more can't wait to put them on.

I love this company for so many reasons. There products are so strong, durable and beautiful. I mainly use the semi cured nail strips but on the odd occasions use the gel press ons which are just as good quality!

I've used the nail strips for over six months now, I didn't have a cuticle on one of my nails due to the products I used from a different company, which contained harsh chemicals, but now I have a cuticle back, my nails are strong and naturally long and very rarely break!

I'm using 2 types of nail strips for my wedding which I'm super excited about I'm that confident with them!

They're reasonable priced and the tools are also good quality and looks pretty too, which I can't complain about! Postage is reasonable and arrives quickly.

I buy these products not just for me but for friends and family which I have now hooked them on to too.

Excellent service - excellent products. I’ve been doing my own nails for years and am incredibly impressed with the semi cured gel stickers. Have already bought more!
