An unfair first review
I’ve decided to change this review as it seems unfair to MPD Hook and Loop who don’t manufacture Velcro PS14.
I will say their customer service is good and Carl and Heidi were very helpful.
Still not pleased I’ve lost £20 in delivery fees.
As unfortunately PS14 Velcro doesn’t work very well.

Was great service
Was great service. Haven’t used the product yet but it was quick delivery good service and on top they gave me a tin of shortbread biscuits which was much appreciated at Christmas.

Wide loop tape…
I ordered a roll ofcm 3cm loop tape and they kindly emailed to check that I didn’t need the hook as well. They were concerned I hadn’t realised that it wasn’t both types included in the price. I didn’t actually need the hook tape but really appreciated that they took the time to check with me before posting the order.
The tape arrived quickly and is good quality. Would certainly use this company again
