Great company to deal with, I called twice to check I was buying the right product and great customer service. Haven’t used the Velcro yet but I have every confidence it’s going to work for what I need.

I didn't receive any confirmation of order and didn't receive tracking number.
In addition, I was trying to contact shop before purchase, as I had some questions regarding product - no response
After I place an order, I tried to contact once again, as I was not sure if they got my order and wanted to ask for tracking number - again, no response...(I provided correct email, as I have got this satisfaction survey)
Fortunately, I have got info from my postal office, that this order is ready for pick up, but they told me, that I have to pay some additional fees (I ordered it to EU)
I'm not sure about this taxes, but I have payed for delivery and I think it should be included into that price.
But product is good

However, I’ve had a look back through the correspondence we've had and I can see that all your emails have been responded to by Heidi and tracking numbers have been sent. Unfortunately, it may be that our emails have been regarded as spam and have gone to your junk folder. My guess is that the Trustpilot email came through to you because they're a globally recognized company and were not regarded as spam, the confirmation emails and Trustpilot emails are automated from the same piece of software.
I’ll ensure these emails are re-sent to you for your records; however, they may also go to your junk folder so if you are able to supply an additional e-mail address for us to send them to it would be much appreciated. Unfortunately, the filter and firewall software we all rely on to keep us safe from viruses sometimes keeps out genuine e-mails.
With regard to taxes upon arrival in Poland, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about this, we have ensured you haven't paid UK tax but when importing, the local taxes are beyond our control. I’m very pleased to hear that you are happy with the product you received.
