The company was very helpful
The company was very helpful. They gave me excellent advice over the phone and also sent me samples so that I could compare the different types of hook & loop and adhesive. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

I ordered the wrong side
I ordered the wrong side. They contacted me to make sure that is what I needed. It was explained that in fact I had chosen the wrong one. They then manually change to the correct side and it arrived the following day.

Product was out of stock but no…
Product was out of stock but no notification when ordering. Ordered, paid then received an email saying it was out of stock so could not order from anywhere else. It did arrive a few days later.
