Repair & service of a Gaggia Anima Prestige: Coffee machine had been well-used through lock-down, but lost its pressure and got very noisy. Came back working like new. Great service and good to have fresh coffee again. Happy Customer

Fantastic for Gaggia Classic repairs and service.
I have been using Mr Bean2Cup for many years.
They service my two Gaggia Classics alternatively.
They have lots of experience with all coffee makers.
I have to travel from South London by train, using my Freedom Pass, it's a long way, but well worth it.
I would thoroughly recommend their workmanship.

Only place I have found that does the…
Only place I have found that does the correct group gasket for a Gaggia Cubika (classic).
Other places say all the gaskets are the same and sell one that is too thick for the Cubika!

There are 5 different Gaggia group gaskets for domestic manual machines. This fact only matters when you need one of them! I am glad we managed to supply you with one, Thanks for your feedback.
Retirement after 20 years impeccable Service.
Our thanks for replacing our 20 year old Gaggia Classic Coffee Machine in 48 hours with a shiny new machine, we can now continue to drink the excellent coffee these machines produce! The seamless collaboration between retail outlet and warehouse was really impressive.
