Ordered a bissel crosswave for an awesome price and it actually came 4 days later! I'm writing this review because I was skeptical myself but want others to know my product did actually come! :)

Ordered a wooden play structure. Package arrived with obvious damage. Upon inspection, pieces were missing. Contacted them and received no reply after multiple attempts. After about a month, received an email stating that they did not have replacement parts. Only solution would be to mail the box back at my expense. In the meantime the actually manufacturer delivered all the missing parts from the factory at no cost to me. Mrgreatdeals is a reseller operating essentially as a scammer. NEVER deal with them!

Shipped the wrong item but they responded quickly and I received the correct item in time for Christmas. Good price great product!

Zero was not an option, so they get a star. Product damaged , never offloaded. Been waiting for an answer for a month, now all I got is “ it shows it was delivered. No answering emails or phone calls, very unprofessional, AND I found product less expensive elsewhere.

Buyer beware! We ordered from Mr Great Deals on Dec 5th, showing 2-6 days for shipping, and it was marked a shipping label was created on Dec 6th and was waiting to very picked up. As of today, 9-10 days later, our order has not shipped. I sent an email asking about the status of our order and have yet to get a response.

Navigating the website was great. Ordering and paying was easy. The package shipped well within the promised date and arrived on time.

I am extremely pleased with my Christmas tree. It came extremely fast and was really quick and easy to put up. This is the first year I have put up a tree in a few years as my older artificial tree was very bulky and was not pre-lit. It was more of a bother that it was worth. This one went up in record time. I also like that this one has several light settings colored as well as white. Blinking or constant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The price was really great too.

I have many issues with this company.
They do not return emails, telephone calls, there is ABSOLUTELY no CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order an item did not see any movement on the item for 5 days, emailed them product started moving. I have been requesting instructions on returning the product and still do not get any response. the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Save the headache order from another company.

Going on 16 days with no update on my order which said 2-6 days shipping and can't get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend.

Ordered a Edison Professional EP-365 Bluetooth Speaker on Thursday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning. ( Delivery quoted 2-6 days) I had my doubts since this was my first purchase from MrGreatdeals.com and I read a couple bad reviews. I decided to make the purchase because I realize as a business owner that all customers can not be satisfied. I am very pleased and will surely order from here in the future.
