Very quick delivery, amazing house bed for really good price. Will buy Again for sure in the future.

We loved the desk but did not want to go for the bank payment. They sent the link to their retail partner’s site so we were able to place the order and pay with our amex card. Desk was delivered 10 days later. Fast and efficient service. Will buy again.

They told they had them in stock so we ordered. It was extremely disappointing to receive chairs with no covers but they did let us know in advance. Covers arrived 2 weeks after chairs. It was quite challenging to put the covers on the chairs as they fit really tight. Rewarding was to see beautiful chairs in our dining room after we managed to dress them up.

Initially had doubts in using this company after seeing some reviews. However, I ordered a house bed for my daughter and the company immediately contacted me to inform me that they were experiencing some supply chain delays given the current pandemic. Mike at MrHousey was exceptionally helpful and offered me alternative beds which they had in stock and which could be delivered to me sooner.
My daughters bed arrived as planned and is absolutely beautiful and exceptional quality. Would definitely use this company again.

Really pleased with my oak dining table it arrived well packed and putting it together was 30 min. job. Excellent value for money

Soon to be 2 months since I paid for the item. Currently been 2 weeks since last reply. Simply feels like full ignore from the seller. Will have to take actions now to recover my money. Waste of time.

We were looking for Scandi solid oak desk under £300. Found Alva desk at mrhousey. We were concerned about the bad reviews but gave them a try. It was delivered within promised timeframe which was superb. Desk looks perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Recommend the furniture and the service.

Ordered a walnut desk during lockdown. It did take a bit longer than expected but I was very happy when it arrived. Mike responded to all my emails quickly and always kept me informed of the whereabouts of my order.

We were concerned but gave them a try. Confirmed lead time with the staff. Received a delivery tracking link on the same day and delivery was completed in 8 days. Assembly easy, teepee looks great and our toddler loves it.

Shelves arrived 10 days late but were in a good condition and looks gorgeous.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What an awful experience. I should've realised when the phone number wasn't answered and the website didn't allow card payments, instead encouraging a bank transfer, or for you to call but on the number that they don't answer. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I don't want anyone to endure the frustration and annoyance that I have experienced with MrHousey over the past month. I initially ordered a new desk and received numerous promises that 'it is being dispatched on Friday.' I pushed for a tracking number and was told it had now gone out of stock. I was then offered 3 different options. Still trusting MrHousey I looked at the options, to my complete and utter disgust and annoyance the one of the desks offered was the one I had been waiting for for weeks and was told was out of stock! I then pushed for a delivery date and was told it would be confirmed within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no email. MrHousey promptly promised a full refund, but following the horrific service received throughout the process this has never been completed. Numerous excuses after excuses, blaming the warehouse, blaming finance. I will continue to request my refund but do yourself a favour and AVOID this company at all costs. Look at the reviews on Trustpilot, I wish I had. Paying by bank transfer gives you no protection, I have learned the hard way, don't make the same mistake. ***UPDATED Refund now recieved***

Update @ 11/8 Refund received, I have been asked to remove this review by Mrhousey. The communication was really poor and COVID may well be the issue but I cannot stress how important it is to keep the customer informed. On this basis I cannot remove the review but have improved the score

Well today my complaint about your company made national tv on bbc1 Rip off Britain showed your company for what it really is and I hope millions of people watch it and stay clear of a company which fails to deliver goods and fails to do refunds you stole my money and I had to go through my card company for a refund ...is this why you are asking customers to do bank transfers?because you have no access to take card payments banks will take card facilities off unscrupulous businesses . I’m so glad Facebook and Instagram took, down your pages ...well done Rip off Britain for answering my prayer and exposing your company 👏👏👏

Fake company, paid over 350 pounds and still waiting for my product. Keeps lying or never responds.

Do not use this company. It is a scam, I have reported the company to trading standards & action fraud, I will happily pursue this until they finally cave and refund my £499 - this person should not be allowed to trade.
I ordered furniture for my 10 month old son, luckily I realised the scam early and ordered again from a reputable site.

It won’t allow me to select 0 stars for my experience with mr Housey! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered a bed 6th may, and still don’t have it! I was promised delivery would be 3 weeks! And after 6 weeks, received a random box of wood!! To be told I had mistakenly been sent a draw and I would receive my bed 1 week later. Still no collection of the draw! Or receipt of the bed! I have demanded a full refund and cancellation of the order which I was again promised would be arranged within 24 hours on 4 separate occasions and emails!! To still have no refund! No bed! And now after 2 weeks 0 correspondence as they Are now ignoring me!! The bed cost £480! It’s a double enclosed house bed for my disabled 3 year old boy who wanted a bed that looked ‘normal’ but also had the safety feature of having rails to keep him enclosed! I am disgusted that after 10 weeks we still have NO bed and no refund meaning I can’t go out and purchase him another bed ! As I was assured the bed was being delivered I sold his old one!!! But then this delivery turned out to be a draw!!!!! So my son has been sleeping on a new mattress on his floor for the best part of 6 weeks. All of this plus his medical needs have been explained to (a person who I can not name as this post was reported by mr housey for using said name!!!) at mr housey and still have absolutely no compassion from them! They insisted on me doing a bank transfer for payment meaning I can’t do a simple case via paypal or my bank to get a charge back!!! Instead I have reported this company to action fraud as they have taken well over the indicated time to rectify a refund for none receipt of goods !!! Disgusted they would steal money from a single mother who scraped every penny I had to afford my son the bed he needs! To now have no bed and no funds to buy him another !!!! I’ve cried a thousand tears because of this service and can’t believe how cruel this company have been, all I want is my money back so I can buy my little boy a bed. Is that so wrong ? After waiting ample time for mr housey to try and fix their mistakes!

At the beginning, I was a little apprehensive of buying furniture online, but then I started talking to one of the company’s advisors.
The company’s customer service is exceptional. Throughout the whole process, I was assisted by a very efficient customer care/sales advisor.
He helped me with the order process and was very patient in answering all my questions. He never failed to update me with the status of all my orders. I felt very reassured and was happy to await my order. The shipment time was as expected (around 4 weeks) so was the delivery – no problems at this front at all. I would highly recommend this company. Overall, I was given excellent service, fast responses, product delivered as expected. I am very happy with the services. Communications are exceptional. Thank you MrHousey for my baby’s gorgeous nursery set.

Update: I’ve been told it’s “finance” holding up the payment and they keep chasing them - he doesn’t deal with refunds. I’ve sent 3 more chasing emails
Update: Mrhousey will reply to you once you leave a poor review, offered me a refund or delivery next week - I replied immediately asking for a refund with my bank details, no reply since!
I ordered a cabinet on 30/05, I was suspicious about paying by bank transfer however the cabinet was the perfect size for what I wanted. I saw some good reviews so decided to go for it. What a mistake!! I heard nothing for a few weeks and put it down to COVID. When I chased it they said it would be delivered the following Friday, I waited in all day and it didn’t arrive. They then apologised and said I would get 10% compensation and it would arrive the following Friday. Again, waited in all day and it didn’t arrive. I then started to get really suspicious and frustrated. I have to date sent 24 emails and left 5 messages in total with probably 10 replies of assuring me it’ll be delivered or recently asking if I want a refund. I did not for a while as the item is perfect however I have now requested a refund and they have gone quiet. When you call they never answer. I have reported them however I would just like my money returned to me so that I can purchase something else that I’ve waited 2 months to receive!
What makes me laugh is on their website they pride themselves on their excellent customer service!!! They seem to have plenty of time to report reviews but cannot reply to messages.
Do not order anything, I can’t help but wonder how genuine the positive reviews are!

Nothing. Sent money October 2019. Told 2 to 3 days. 40 emails sent, all ignored, Countless calls. None answered. Went to registered office. No actual office in a building which just seems like a Box number address. Security would not let me talk to anyone as he said that Mrhousey may be registered here but they don't have an office here.

Truly Amazing. Mrhousey.co.uk has complained about this review within minutes of going live but will not respond to emails or complaints after weeks of trying. Fix your issues and stop treating customers like they don't exist. Return refunds when you say then you wont have issues. Better still, why not send customers the items they paid for with hard earned cash.
