I really love my watch and I appreciate this company's commitment to quality and to paying fair wage

I wanted an unusual design that gave a reasonably accurate representation of the passage of time. I was spoilt for choice.
My watch feels robust, easy to read and easy to adjust.
No problems with ordering and delivery.

The staff in Covent garden store are so polite friendly and helpful. They also sorted my problem in no time.

Dial difficult to read in normal light and completely impossible outdoors in the evening. Strap fiddly to attach.

I now have seven Mr. Jones watches. Each is a mini work of art that varies from whimsical, smart, and thought provoking, to just plain fun. A Mr. Jones is the rare watch that garners looks and conversations on the street, and respect from the watch community. Customer service is outstanding, with the Mr. Jones team genuinely interested in pleasing you. I can't recommend them enough.

To be honest, never thought I will face such amazing pc of puzzle.
It is very unique, amazing design and high ended quality.

Very pleased with the service of an issue with my watch not working! Contacted Mr Jones on a Monday I received a return pack the next day sent the watch for repair and received the repaired watch on the Tuesday the following week!

It's a really nice watch. It's a little smaller than excepted (even though I knew the size going in) so the artwork is hard to see. To my almost 45 year old eyes, the fox looks like a blob (though it's probably time I got glasses).

This is, of course, not an "easy read" watch since you have to do a little hunt for the leaves to tell the time, but anyone buying this should know that's kind of the point! It only takes about a second and I always get a little boost of dopamine when I "find" them! There's something about the watch not having a second hand that makes the leaves being in a different spot than last time you looked feel a bit magical.

It does have a slightly more "cluttered" feel IRL than in the photos but I got used to that quickly.

I got the black leather strap and it's not the most comfortable thing in the world. It may still need some breaking in, of course (but I don't wear every day so this will take some time).

Arrived quickly. Product is as advertised.

I buy 2 watches for my wife and for me, the one that I choose way too darker than what I saw from the website or image. The design is unique, but the interior is too dark and I can not see the time. Actually I want to change mine to other watch like Number Cruncher or other bright colorful one, but I buy from Singapore so I don't know if I have any other option to change.

Marvelous. Customer care service (real pearl) to the watch itself!
2- So PLEASANT TO BUY, TO WEAR, AND TO SHOW TO OTHERS.
This watch compagny have a great management, wonderfull collaborations with uniques artists.
3-their business value are not only words; they act what they say they are.
4-The movement used are basics but the watch is magestic... and they apparently and once in a while create suiss movement watches... witch i will be buyer at the proper moment!

I bought the Sun and Moon watch in 2018. Loved the feel of it and the minimalist aesthetic!

I recently broke the watch - but Mr Jones Watches replaced the entire movement and service the watch quickly. For only £15 too! I was really happy with the customer service. Highly recommended.
