I bought two watches a while ago, one of them needed some TLC so I brought it to the Neal Street shop. The shop assistants were so attentive, kind, helpful, and precise as to what the steps for the repairs were, and the repair itself took only 2 weeks!
All watches are top quality, and the only ones you'll ever wear. I'll definitely buy again!

The watch is lovely- quirky, pretty and a great 18th present for our daughter. We got the Ascendent, and it was more money than I would normally spend but it is essentially a long term piece of jewellery - and she loves it. Customer service was particular good , responsive and personal. Very pleased.

However, MJW has addressed that right away with the replacement. Not only are their watches are unique and special, their after sale service is excellent. My experience was excellent. I ordered the watch online and chose to pick it up in-store while visiting London.
When I arrived, the staff introduced me to the watch, explained how to read the time, and set everything up for me.

I am absolutely loving my Number Cruncher. It’s rare to find a watch that is this creative while still having a high-quality automatic movement. The design is a fantastic conversation starter, and the "jumping hour" feature is really unique.
