MSB solicitors failed to represent me and my best interests properly. They did not take my autism into consideration and actively discriminated against me due to my condition, my solicitor said the right is the greatest threat to the country and showed extreme political bias towards her clients. My solicitor refused to apply for the return of 9 legal tools seized illegally by Merseyside police with no charges brought against them or any images of them in the CPS documents because she said ‘they looked scary’ despite them being legal fishing and outdoor tools, with receipts from reputable retailers, like a bahco gardening saw you can buy at b&q. MSB also failed to secure disclosure on my electronic devices and even failed to mention a seized computer and forgot that part in the request to CPS despite my correspondence. I fired MSB as they were going to destroy my life with horrendously bad representation and decided I alone (a disabled autistic person) was more competent mentally and legally to deal with this case than waste more time with my MSB solicitor who was shockingly bad. They advised I plead guilty despite clear fundamental holes in the prosecutions case, they gave horrendous advice to a vulnerable and disabled person who has been abused and failed by the police and justice system. I believe this was due to political bias and institutional corruption, potentially also swayed by the fact I was on legal aid and it doesn’t pay them that much. Biased, poorly trained, poorly educated and seriously incompetent is what comes to mind when I think of MSB. As a litigant in person I have done more since firing them to help my case than they did in all the time they represented me and they are supposed to be trained professionals.

I have just completed on my new home with the help of Emma Lynch who was brilliant and very on the ball. She was always available on the phone and very prompt to respond to emails. I would definitely recommend Emma to oversee and provide excellent advice on house purchases.

Robert Lee at MSB was excellent as we wanted a Deed of Variation on an existing Will.
Really personal touch, helpful at all stages of the process and all sorted very efficiently.

Terrible. Be careful of your mental health if you have any connection with this company. They will lead you up the garden path and relieve you of your hard earned money.

I would not recommend. Wasn't helpful fight against you and don't fight for or with you. If I could put less than one star I would.

Could never get hold of anyone on the phone. Nothing was ever explained. Constantly chasing. Made the process of selling and purchasing a lot more stressful.

The solicitors I dealt with for conveyancing kept asking for information that they already had . We’re slow and inefficient and got the final payment wrong until alerted
