New Lid.
From after ordering this helmet ,the company kept me informed each day when and were the order was plus on the day of delivery what time it would arrive and yes it did come that date and time , well done from the start to the end.

Hidden little treasure of a shop.
On our first visit the lad was really helpful and gave us loads of good advice ( first time bike owner) Not pushing for a sale just happy to share his knowledge and had all the time in the world for us.
The second visit wasn’t so welcoming (different staff) but we still purchased a helmet as we were impressed from the first visit.
Last visit we purchased boots and again another member of staff but he could not have helped us anymore than he day.
2 out of 3 ain’t bad
We will be back soon.

Friendly polite informed staff with positive advice.
Have made quite a few purchases over the years. If some thing fits but is the wrong colour etc. They foward the garment item etc in the desired size colour. And usualy only takes a couple of days.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I'm a female rider getting back on the bike after approx 12 years. I visited the shop with my wife and I have never felt so supported by men in the industry as I did that day; Mike even took the time to share information with my wife about being a constructive pillion passenger for future reference, as I was being tended to by the other Mike.
Everything, from being spoken through the new kits to trying on new boots was made simple and stress free. Nothing was off limits to me, as staff had the patience of saints to ensure that I had every possible option available for myself to try on and ensure I was comfortable in the kit. They would give honest recommendations on how the kit fitted and what was best for my size, without limiting comfortable movement whilst on the roads when I sit my test.
12 years ago, my experience with other "guys" in the industry was limited where person centred customer service was concerned, so myself and my wife applaud MSG on their supportive approach to women getting into the biking world. I was made to feel an equal member on the biking front, without giggles or discrimination, as I have experienced in the past. This was by far the best experience of support and customer service to date! And the kit that I purchased, in my opinion, second to none for my size and height. I even purchased one of Mikes own branded helmets (which, by the way is top quality fit and style) because I'm proud to support the business and felt that showcasing the brand, as well as the staff that represent it, is a true privilege. Overall, I can not compliment MSG enough. This business will be my go to for the foreseeable future and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!
Important note: it's unfortunate that we still need talk about the sex divide in certain industries of this world, however, if you're a woman out their looking to get back into or start in the industry, you can be absolutely safe in knowledge that with MSG, you're in very secure and supportive hands.
I'd like to say a huge thank you to the team and I thoroughly look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Great place for bike gear
Very friendly and informative. Good stock levels and range of items. I went for a lot of different items for myself and my bike they helped me with everything and made sure I was happy before leaving. Both were very friendly and helpful with great knowledge of stock.
