Excellent service - efficient and helpful

Applied for finance via MSG and had a call within the hour for acceptance. MSG simply provide what they actually offer which is not like all companies. MSG also followed through to the end and even said thank you. If you need finance give MSG a try.

Recently I came across MSG Cars, while looking to replace a broken vehicle. Throughout the experience which lasted no more than a week, they were professional, diligent and communicative. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the third time on using MSG cars, I have always found them to be fast, efficient and reliable. Complete care & putting the customer first. We were kept aware of where we were in relation to the sale and even received a call to confirm payment had been made and wishes us well with our new car.
Cannot recommend MSG highly enough

Well where to start! I had an approval via MSG and paid out a deposit for my dream car.. Then it went wrong and I lost the car and my deposit. However, they quickly acted to compensate me and to assist with securing another vehicle, providing great service throughout - even when things went pear shaped.

The real test of customer service comes when things don't go as planned and that's when you see how committed a company really are to keep you happy. MSG passed this test with flying colours. Thanks to all, especially Kelle and Hilda.

Offered no alternative than a very expensive deal with their partner and not through them directly, Because of having a low credit rating, these guys take advantage, be careful what you get yourself into, I am paying three times the norm and paying for a car which is worth 40% less than the dealer price paid, with un conformed tyres and mechanical issues. Just my two cents guys!
