MTF have always made me feel welcome
MTF have always made me feel welcome, and have approved my requests, and have made sure that the loan is within my personal budget with proof of income when i apply to fit the responsible lending allowance. It has been good to have 'wiggle room finance' in life for sudden seasonal shortfalls, to always have a buffer zone for peace of mind that if i need to use the money for emergency expenses that come up in life, for travel to see my grandchildren from time to time, & I have a good finance rating for the monthly repayment schedule, gaining a proven responsible customer "track record" to be able to return, only if need be.
Thank you MTF - you have made me feel comfortable about applying, without the financial anxiety over me to breathe a little within my means, to expand the possibilities to make life a little easier.
You are all amazing - the local team in Gisborne.

No one likes talking about their…
No one likes talking about their financial situation and just being on the phone, but she made the experience really easy, easy to talk to (It was her tone, spoke english, understanding, talked about her dramas going through finance companies and what she learnt from them and not to do), was a local and from the same town as me, did most of the work and was very quick. Once it was confirmed they deposited the money straight away within a couple of hours, no drama.
