Tasha at MTF Finance Hastings was amazing! I had some tricky circumstances and Tasha navigated my application with the utmost professionalism, honesty & integrity. Having worked in the service industry for some time, I know excellent customer service when I see it, and Tasha was second to none. Sometimes applying for finance can be anxiety inducing, stressful & a bit frightening, but Tasha made the entire process as easy, stress free and streamlined as possible. I didn’t feel like a client or customer, I felt like I was joining a family, which goes a long way with situations such as these.
