I spoke to Peter today from the Mount Eden branch and I have been dealt with utmost support and care regarding my concerns. He not only helped me with my loan query, but also gave me some personal support on the ongoing issue. We don’t have people like Peter these days who go out of their way to help their customers and I genuinely wish the very best to him in all his endeavours.
