There was not clear writing communication about EMI.

My rating is 5☆purely because of a awesome staff at Mt Wellington branch (Geoff Dickey). I applied 2 previous loan applications and both was denied by the same staff (Inuri). I couldn't understand why? As I only dealt with Geoff for my first and 2nd loan, I thought I should just ring in and asked to speak to Geoff. Thank God I did ask to speak with Geoff because he made things easy and got my loan approved. Thank you Geoff. Amazing man. I am able to do what i needed to do for mum's last wish before she passed last July. God bless

Made an enquiry on a Saturday about a car I was interested in. The car dealer put me on to MTF (got a car somewhere else in the end) Anne went through a step by step guide about securing a loan, it was so simple and straight forward - the loan was approved that day. Choose a car on the Monday from Gazley in Wellington City and picked it up on Tuesday, the car company was waiting for the funds to go through. Nothing hidden in loan contract, no nasty surprises. Anne met me at my local café to go over the loan contract and to sign the papers. Thanks Anne

Easy to talk with. All staff are understanding team and treat you with respect. They go out of their way to make everything as simple as possible without hiding anything.
I have delt with Geoff Dickey twice for personal loans over the years and both times have been over the moon happy. I have spoken to a few other members from other departments and have been happy with results.

I felt like I was part of your financial business decision - whether it was viable for MTF to loan the money - rather than a question about my own financial management and personal affairs (quite different from a bank interraction).
