Extremely Grateful
Despite the unexpected circumstances I found myself facing, which gave me very little confidence in being approved financing, the representative who looked after me was extremely helpful. I was treated with patience and understanding that helped me navigate the entire process. Although thorough, the communication was clear and friendly at all times giving a sense of safety which made all the difference.
Once I received the news I had been successful I was even more grateful for the services I received from start to finish.
