I first tried MtPelerin onramping service last week and I am completely satisfied with the service provided. had a few questions prior using their service but I got fast and detailed answers to all my inquiries before proceeding with a first on ramping order.
Placed an order/payment on a friday morning got the assets delivered to cold wallet the following monday.

I recently had a terrible experience with MT Pelerin and feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap. After completing their full KYC process and sending a substantial amount of money (800 + 5200 + 200 EUR) everything was ok, than i did send an additional 4900 EUR.
MT Pelerin then demanded a wired verification via video call, which was not mentioned anywhere on their website. This was a clear violation of their own terms and conditions. What made the situation even more challenging for me was the fact that they insisted on conducting the video call in English, despite my limited proficiency in the language. They threatened that if I couldn't speak English, they wouldn't process my order.
As a customer from Ukraine, where English is not widely spoken, this requirement was extremely unfair and discriminatory. It felt like they were intentionally trying to create obstacles and prevent me from accessing my funds. This goes against any reasonable expectation of customer service and fairness.
Realizing that something was amiss, I decided to request a refund on 08/08/23, as they were clearly not adhering to their own stated policies. However, my efforts to communicate with them and resolve the issue have been met with silence and deception. MT Pelerin has shown a complete disregard for their customers' rights and has proven themselves to be untrustworthy.
I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when considering using MT Perlin for any long-term financial endeavors. Do not be lured by the promise of big money, as I learned the hard way that you will only end up losing your hard-earned cash. At this point, I am left with no choice but to involve legal professionals to ensure that I receive the justice I deserve from this deceitful company.
Thanks to my friend who helped me in translating my thoughts into English, I was able to fully understand the gravity of the situation and take appropriate action.
Please be warned and spread the word to protect others from falling victim to MT Pelerin's scams.

After several emails explaining to the support that it's not safe to reuse a btc address, the support just stopped replying to a question that's important for anybody who understands bitcoin, addresses should't be reused!. I use a Trezor. Basically what they purpose is that we pay a fee (satoshi test) every time I want to use a new address from trezor. But the worst part is that after 7 days, when you finally receive the confirmation of the transaction, you get an email with your home address in it (is this even safe?), no kyc...right...

I had trouble making a transfer from their website so I went on their Discord server. Their reps there were very responsive and with their help, I was able to do KYC. Their verification process was faster than other platforms. It took less than an hour to get verified after I submitted documents and reached out on Discord for help.

I exchanged crypto for fiat and got my funds in my EUR bank account in the next few hours!

I have verified my account and still waiting for my coins. Good platform but u wait too long, so basically got scammed again because crypto pumped

Complete con artists! Do not give them money! Withdrew Crypto to bank account, got email to state that this was successful, then received an email days later stating that this service has been withdrawn(Swift to GBP) now my money is in limbo.
This was the message I received:
We are contacting you to let you know that our banking partner is discontinuing the support of SWIFT transfer for the British Pound (GBP), therefore you won't be able to sell crypto in that currency for now.

Nice smooth transaction.
Bank tranfer refused at first because of me.

The process of cashing-in and caching-out crypto is very straightforward.

If you are a newbe, please check how the crypto works starting with relatively small payments.

Beware: allways check, if you are using a correct blockchain. Fortunately, the wallet supports almost all the popular blockchain networks, so my mistake of using the wrong one wes reatively easy to fix.

The cash-out works from the amounts about 25 CHF, so you can test how it works without taking a great risk.

As soon as you initiate the cash-out, you would recieve a first letter, stating "Crypto transfer received". After some time (for me it took a day), you would recieve acknolegment that "Your transfer has been successfully processed". And about 2 hours later I recieved the payment on my bank account in EU.
