FTP is great
I have full file access to my server at an affordable price. The only complaint I have is that sometimes loading my server dashboard requires me to navigate to it again on the website, doing which isn't the most intuitive.

perfect customer service
I used another service in the beginning of my Rust journey, it was always hanging up or lagging. Support was snarky. My experience with MTxServ has been the opposite. It's very smooth, and when I've had troubles support has guided my rookie troubleshooting patiently.

Very good service
Honestly the best server hosting page out there, the times I had issues the support team was great and attentive, not to mention that I've barely ever had any problems aside from a few times and it was very simple to solve.

Regarding DDoS issues you had, the DDoS protection did its job quite quickly, it cannot be more efficient.
About big maintenances, they are very rare (1 or 2 times per year) and we try to notify customers when we can schedule them. If you have suggestions about notifications you'd like to get, feel free to reach us on support about it.
Mtxserv is an extremely underrated…
Mtxserv is an extremely underrated server host for a variety of games. The hardware is top notch and the customer service is even better. It is very user friendly and anyone can hop right in and have no issues getting started hosting their own server. I’ve been with them for the last 2 years and I plan on being here for many to come.

As replied on support there's no issue, our systems were clear about that you really renewed your contract for 12 months.
You may have done some error when selecting the period of renew but this is not a reason to make us responsible for this :(

Many probably appreciate that you dont automatically set up recurring billing, but for me its a hassle to go in and do it manually. And why in the heavens do I need to fill in the date in this form lol? Just timestamp the message, atleast dont make it manditory.

Regarding recurring billing, we prefer not to add such feature and have some backup system to be able to restore expired server data easily instead.

Hello,
As replied on the support, Rust is getting heavier and heavier across the past months (from about 6 GB of RAM to 9GB), leading to a situation that forced us to choose between taking risk to host too much servers per machine (then decrease quality / reliability) or allocate more resources per Rust server to keep a good quality.
We've chosen to adjust our offers to fit the actual needs of the Rust server app, which could not be done without changing our pricing.
We'd prefer not to but producing such service has a cost and as a company we need to be sure to stay around for months / years :)
Best cost to Performance Ratio I know
Love the hosting site, offers a great cost to performace ratio, although the site could improve by adding some way to get a fully custom domain name for the server "inhouse"
