The number 1 no bs server host
This is one of the very few no bs server hosts I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer of. They don't contractually obligate you to pay every month, which makes it really easy to cancel your server. Also they have simple systems to easily extend your server whenever you want. Their servers are also really reliable and consistent and whenever you need support they're quite fast to respond!
Would 100% recommend. Coming from a customer who has used different services from them for 2 years now.

Dramatic support, meh servers
Twice I have rented a server here... The first time the support was already dramatic. It very much seems that they have trouble giving support in English. Their Discord server is primarily used in French. When you ask for help in their Discord server, sometimes they just don't respond. Which is really frustrating, also the last time I rented a server here they just didn't order their modlist. This was nowhere to be found that they had any issues, but they don't communicate this either. There is also no communication that the problem has been solved. They are not willing to help their customers with specific questions related to installing a modpack when they have their affairs in order.
I must say that their servers are okay, once you have a mod like Alex's mobs in there. It could be that your server is crashing because the CPU is overloaded.
All in all after having actually had dramatic support here twice. I will no longer buy a server here.

Thanks for your feedback but there are many things to say there.
First, our Discord is made for community help, not made for support. The only official support is provided through support tickets on our website.
Secondly, regarding the Curseforge modpacks update issue, the support ticket was updated right after the issue was solved so you might have received some mail notifications. We've also tweeted about this fix release.
Finally, the CPU overload caused by this mod can't be on our end, since we just provide CPU/RAM/Storage to run the software, if the software is wasting CPU resources, the root cause is the software, not the hardware...
I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with our services but it's important to understand what's our area of responsability. Feel free to give us more feedback of things that can be improved.

Server was up and ready within 24 hrs of ordering, easy to use interface for switching modpacks and game versions. More locations in the U.S. would be nice (for U.S. midwest/south, the closest is in Virginia).

We cannot agree this review as we strive to reply with much details and transparency but for some reason you've decided to blame some of our admins, saying he's rude etc.
We've done many checks on our end that shown no issue.
We've tried to give you all the relevant technical details we've got to make you understand our point of view with no success.
We keep analyzing and replying to the opened tickets and keep doing our best to assist you but I guess there's nothing we can do to make you change your mind :/

Concernant vos suggestions, les 2 premières font référence à des réglages très/trop spécifiques pour être intégrés au panel, pour les performances n'hésitez pas à poster sur le support pour que nous regardions ce que nous pouvons faire à ce niveau.
No problem with the server at all Great service :)
No problem with the MC server at all, everything worked fine very fast service when i bought the server. I would recommend these to others.

I just upgraded my server to the 16 gig…
I just upgraded my server to the 16 gig one and the CPU is still over loaded! There are only four of of us playing. I asked for help and am still waiting on a response.

Good but not the best. Other hosts have cheaper servers with similar performance and more locations. Other hosts have a better webFTP that is more optimized and includes more plugins. Some curseforge modpacks are not available. I originally wanted to play on a modpack (ATM6) and purchased the 16gb package. Was sorely disappointed at the performance I got. A lot of rubberbanding. After a couple days of this I settled with vanilla Minecraft, which runs great.
