Wow! If you’re considering getting a mud kitchen from this company, definitely do! They have been so quick in all communication, the buying purchase was so easy and the quality is outstanding (I feel bad for putting it outside). It is beautifully handcrafted and definitely worth the money to create a childhood filled with outside play opportunities. I can’t wait for our easel to arrive now. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy more from this fab little business.

We are over the moon with our little one’s mud kitchen. The workmanship is outstanding and the finish is absolutely beautiful. Communication with Natalie was brilliant throughout and her and Joel went out of their way to fulfil an extra special request in the detailing. We can’t thank them enough! We haven’t received our kitchen yet as preordered on a payment plan back in the summer for delivery for Christmas. However, the customer service that we’ve had along the way has been so exemplary that I wanted to write a review. I have been a bit of a nightmare customer by making a couple of mistakes on ordering but the company spotted these before me and got in contact to adjust. They have answered silly questions along the way with not a problem at all. They have today even adjusted my order when I changed my mind which they had no obligation to do at all. I really recommend this company for their customer service and if their products are half as good as their customer service I’m sure I will be back to write a new review of equal 5* rating.

I first ordered a mud kitchen for my eldest daughters birthday in 2018. She has loved it since day 1 and it is so well used. We decided to get my youngest daughter (2) a mud oven to match For her birthday which arrived last week in time for her birthday. Both times I did the payment plan so I could pay it off over a number of months which was great! Both girls are obsessed with them. I just need to repaint the first one as starting to look a bit weathered compared to the new one. They are amazing quality and really made to last. Highly recommend. You have to be organised and order in advance as each is made to order and can take a little while but so worth it! Highly recommend 😊

We ordered a kitchen for my daughter's birthdays as they are only months apart. The communication from start to finish was amazing and the kitchen arrived on time fully secure to ensure no damage. During lockdown the kitchen was an absolute lifesaver and is used everyday even now no matter what the weather. Can't wait to order some mini easels for them soon.

We have both a mud kitchen and easel and absolutely love them both! The kitchen has lived outside for 2 years now and still looks fab, and more importantly gets played with daily. My children love the easel and it even gets used by my 11 year old. Communication fab throughout, products packaged amazingly. I never leave reviews but feel this lovely run company deserve it :)

I ordered a Midi Mud Kitchen during Lockdown (an incredibly stressful few months for Mud Kitchen no doubt with material shortages, etc.)
I was kept updated throughout the process; order received, updates on time span, on the bench for painting, delivery, etc.
Our order arrived thoroughly protected on a pallet! I was able to cut the kitchen loose from the Pallet and carry it in to the garden by myself.
My daughter is over the moon with her kitchen; she has played with it non-stop since it arrived. It is absolutely beautiful and definitely exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a mud kitchen through payment plan for my daughter. The courier arrived earlier than expected so we were out and my 13 year old son called to say the delivery driver needed someone older to sign so we raced home to find our mud kitchen dumped at the end of our path in a busy town. The mud kitchen itself is very heavy and with the added weight of a pallet attached- had i of been a single parent I would of really struggled to get this down my garden path. A better courier service would of made this a 5Star experience as the product is beautiful, the company are fab and communication is great. The delivery just made it a very stressful experience for me x

We ordered a Mud kitchen for my sons 2nd birthday after wanting one for ages. We had great communication from Nat and Joel and we were aware that it wouldn’t be with us in time for his birthday as we left it quite late to order. By surprise I got a message to say it could be delivered it time. All the kids at my sons party were obsessed with it and it’s been used everyday since ! It’s such a beautiful looking addition to our garden with many years of fun to come. Thank you

We bought a midi kitchen for our sons 3rd birthday and it is hands down the best toy we have ever bought. It's beautifully made (my dad, who has been a carpenter for 45+ years, spent ages looking at it and was super impressed with the quality and workmanship of it) and come rain or shine, my little boy plays with it almost every day. I'm sure I am not the only customer who knows that it has hands down saved us on many lockdown days. The customer service through the ordering process was very high, emails were always answered and we were kept informed throughout. We are now looking into purchasing other products from the range as we know that the team at Mud Kitchens produce such high quality toys that are built to last.

We ordered a Mudkitchen for our daughter’s Christmas present (very slow at doing reviews!) and we are so delighted with it. It arrived with the smallest chip in the paint which appeared to have been caused by transit. I mentioned this in order to get advice on what to put on the tiny chip to avoid any water damage. Straight away we were sent everything needed for the minor touch up, including a full tin of paint. They went above and beyond in customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. My daughter loves her kitchen and it really came to great use during lockdown!

I ordered a pebble kitchen with coloured splat for my little girls 1st birthday, I thought maybe she would be a little young but she loves banging about with her kitchen tools! The company were so so helpful unfortunately due to covid our home move was delayed and then when we did finally get dates for moving I forgot to update the company they quickly recified this and amended the delivery address no hassle, always so friendly and professional to deal with. They regularly updated their online social media so I knew that processing and delivery times were changing frequently due to covid but this wasn't an issue at all. Such a hard working family, battling with hard times, homeschooling and continuing to run a business, kudos!!! Absolutely amazing. You made my little girls lockdown birthday a great one xxx
