I received absolutely smooth service. The bets thing however is the performance of the battery I have ordered - it delivered on the promises.

I ordered the Mugen Power 6640mAh Extended Battery for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with Battery Door in March 2015.
After following the instructions and charging the battery for 8-12 hours for the the first 4-5 times I can use my phone for 2 days without charging.
The fit and finish of the battery cover is excellent, and the extra thickness and contour of the battery cover makes it easier to hold on to the phone. This is definitely a high quality product. Mugen will get my business from now on.

I placed an order on the 1st of June.
Told they will dispatch mid June.
Mid June I asked for a reply, they postponed to next week,
Next week, I ask again they say July...
It almost seems like they don't want the business.

I ordered my battery in May and I've yet to get it, in fact just two days ago the battery was returned to them. I E-Mailed them and they said they'll resend the battery as soon as it gets to them, which takes around 3 weeks. So if all goes well I can expect to receive my battery by mid-August YAY!

I would not trust the reviews that are posted on this and other review sites. At first I was thrilled to find that a replacement battery was available for my Nokia 808, however, after a month I had received no email from Mugen confirming dispatch, despite their 20 day promise. After a few emails it emerged that they didn't even have my battery in stock. For the last 2 weeks, I have been told it will be in soon. It is still not in. I have now requested my order be cancelled and my money refunded. Surprise the sporadic repsonses to my previous emails has turned into complete ignorance. I have repeated my request to cancel the order twice and have not received any response. I would beware when using. Peter, London

It's over (2) two weeks since Mugen took money from my account and they still have not gotten me my extended battery. I paid almost $50.00 extra for 2 day shipping and all that got to America is an empty box. I contacted Mugen (3) three times via email and Jan says I will let you know information soon. That is going on for a week. They got the money right away why don't they get me my product right away.
Use caution dealing with this company. Maybe the product is good; I don't know as I am still waiting for an answer to where it is and if I will ever get it.

You gotta trust this company. It has the best customer service I've ever done transaction with. Some products might be expensive but believe me, in terms of quality they are solid! Got myself a 4600mah mugen battery 2 years ago and still no sign of fatigue. 👍

I have bought a new smartphone battery for the Samsung S4 mini, because the original was almost empty after one day of use (not intensive!). The mugen battery has only 5 % more power, but it is empty after 2 days!. So I believe it performs very well.
The delivery - costs (I am living in the Netherlands) are rather high, but the product is o.k.

The shipping took 2 weeks but the battery is awesome.

My first impression on the battery is that it's really big and the weight increase is very noticeable. If you consider the battery life provided by this, it's not really that big of an issue. In fact, the added weight helps give me more grip on my 3DS.

Installation was easy. Mugen really focused on making sure we do it right by providing a small screw driver perfect for the screws used by the back cover.

Needless to say, the battery does what is advertised. I have been playing Pokemon and Super Mario for 3 days now (3 - 4 hours per day) with the WiFi always turned on while the volume moves between max to mute and I'm can still play with the battery indicator showing at least two bars.

The battery cover that came along with the battery was also well thought-out. It's a perfect fit -- not too loose, not too tight. In fact, it's easily mistakable as an original Nintendo replacement cover. The finish on it also looks gorgeous.

There is this one thing about the battery case that could have been improved -- the embossed "Patent Pending". On a flat surface, it gives the 3DS a slight unbalanced, rocky effect. In my opinion, it would have been better if it was engraved or printed on the case much like Mugen's logo. A small rubber pad on each corner would have also been a nice addition as it would provide the 3DS a nice grip on a flat surface when not in use.

All in all, the product is great. The design is simple yet beautiful. The battery life is very impressive. The 8 hour charge time is very negligible since you can simply plug it in before you sleep.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a better battery for their 3DS.

TL;DR
-Street Pass has never been this crowded.
-No need to worry about bringing my 3DS anywhere and not being able to play.
-Charging also promotes a healthy lifestyle. Sleep while it's charging and get the minimum 8 hours per day of sleep requirement. (Awesome!)

At first it may seem the battery doesn't last as long as advertised, but after properly initializing it (as per the instructions included in the package) you will see this is an excelent product.

From personal experience, it's been 60 hours since the last recharge and the battery is at 7%. This is with normal use, which includes (aproximately) 12 hours of playing music, 36 hours of Wi-Fi on, all 60 hours of mobile data on and 3 hours of voice calls.

Also, the battery cover fits perfectly, the plastic feels smooth and durable. Too bad there are no black battery covers, but the blue one looks good with the black phone.

In short, if you have an S3 mini, don't hesitate to buy this product.

Perfect quality of battery, like stock, but extended. My HTC Sensation now working too long. For example: game ingress with old battery works 1 hour, and with new battery works 4 hours.
Delivery to Russia not fast, but it's problem of express delivery companies in our country.

I would give this company a 10/10. I bought a charging case for the Moto X and it's exactly what I needed. Mugen dealt with every issue that came up quickly and professionally and tried their best to get me my product in a timely fashion. The product itself is great. Good value for the price and does exactly what I need it to do without looking garish. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

The mugen batterys are fantastic when they're new,,but after the 4 or 5 times of the needed charging of 12 hours(and i've done this right),it's beginning little bit more draining the battery juice again,that's a shame...

I initially ordered a 3200mAh battery case for my white HTC One X, but when it got to me the contact/power pins didn't line up with the pattern of holes on the back of my phone - I came to realize that for whatever idiotic reason, the GSM American AT&T version of my phone was ever so slightly different than the non-GSM phone of the exact same model, and I'd accidentally ordered the wrong case. Mugen Power let me return the case, and sent me the correct one at no charge, even though it was my goof. Great company.

This is my third smart phone Mugen Battery - I bought one for the HTC Tilt 2, the Motorola DROID3 (XT860), and now this one for my HTC One X. As always, it is a total life-saver. It's flat enough to fit into my left rear jeans pocket (opposite my wallet) or any jacket pocket without being noticed or looking weird, so if I go to a long day of work or out to a long unpredictable night of partying or a long flight through many airports, I can whip it out and instantly add anywhere from 10 to 24 or more (depending on usage and screen brightness) hours of battery life to my phone's regular 8-10 hours. Once on a job where I was assigned to be a driver but ended up spending most of the day on stand-by, sitting in a van waiting to pick people up, I was able to watch almost 7 total hours of Dr. Who on Netflix on 4G internet with the brightness turned about 3/4 the way up, along with a few phone calls and some light internet browsing. SO worth it.

Given that smart phones just keep getting larger screens and more power-hungry internet radios and faster processors, and their battery lives just keep getting worse, it's pretty safe to say I'm going to keep buying Mugen batteries for my smart phones.

Mugen Power is a really high quality producer with a very good service. You get a best quality battery for your smartphone. Also this producer thinks on all: as the battery has logically a bigger size as the original it is shipped together with a optimal fitted back cover. My opinion to prices for the products: they are fair and appropiate.
