The service was first class
The service was first class, in particular the delivery. Kevin and Garry were outstanding ambassadors for your firm, explaining in great detail how to assemble and fold up the machine. They were kind considerate and user friendly. They should go a long way in their careers.
Exemplary service
The manner with which all staff dealt with my husband and I was respectful and compassionate: those in the office on first enquiry, Lesley the salesman and the delivery crew.
At no point did we feel we were being pushed in to buying more than we wanted, and clearly understandable explanations and demonstrstions answered all of our questions.
When Jack and Aaron delivered the chair, the intruction given was clearly understandable.The hiccup that occured was dealt with professionally with mutual agreement as to further action to be taken. I have already recommended the company to a friend.
Be very cautious of this company
It is highly likely you will be treated shamefully by Muick Sandy and mislead when it comes to your legal rights (Consumers Rights Act) regarding faulty goods. I purchased a scooter from them. I had issue after issue with the scooter. They came out on a few occasions to 'repair' it This went on for over a year. They did not charge for this even though it was out of warranty. They kept telling me they had fixed it. Obviously, each time it broke down I was stuck without a scooter leaving me pretty much housebound. On the final breakdown, it just stopped working and left me stranded between a busy tram way and a dual carriageway. I was pretty worried and alone wirh trams on one side and 8 lanes of traffic on.the other. In the intrest of fairness and balance i should say, a customer service rep talked me through things and stayed on the phone with me while I had to freewheel across the dual carriageway and he was great. I contacted them thr following day and told them as it kept breaking down, I no longer wanted the scooter and as the continued breakdowns were clearly a fault with the scooter I wanted a full refund (around £3k). They offered me a half refund on return of the scooter. I tried to dispute this but was told they didn't even have to do that. Begrudgingly, I accepted the offer. At the time I was unaware that they were legally obligated to give a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act and they would have known this. They are clearly happy to leave mobility scooter users with expensive faulty goods. Originally, I left a review here. A staff member called Sarah left the most passive aggressive reply (i kept a screenshot) and made out that the offer of half my money back was a 'goodwill gesture' again failing to mention Consumer Rigjts Act. Can you believe that!!?? A goodwill gesture. No Sarah, you sold me faulty goods that could have caused me a serious accident and were happy to mess around a disabled person!! Richard, the company owner then contacted me because my review had made Sarah cry!! I explained (rather aggressively by this stage considering the worry and potential danger they put me in) that I was the one who should be crying!!!! Richard then offered to return the full amount for the scooter if I removed my negative review and they would promise to never contact me again and delete my details. I agreed to this even though it was more underhand tactics from the company (basically paying me off to remove a negative review) as I could not afford to be out of pocket by approx £1.5k. What disabled person could. So, i agreed to remove my review and they agreed to pay back MY money and NEVER contact me again. About three months later, I recieved marketing correspondence from them so i contacted them to say they should not be contacting me and should have deleted all my details. They apologised and promised they would delete my details and it wouldn't happen again. So, i decided to let it go. This morning, they have broken this agreement and sent me not only one but, two letters calling me by name and calling me a valued customer!! Clearly they have kept my details.
As they have completely gone against their word and broken our agreement, I have reposted to warn people about this company and their behaviour and utter contempt for the (potential) customer.
Muick Sandy are an underhand company . It is such ashame as they do have a handful of decent staff. Clearly not Sarah or Richard. I will also be informing Trustpilot that Muick Sandy paid me off to remove a negarive review.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I can prove every single word I have said in this review as I have kept all correspondence. The offer for the full refund if I take the negative review down was agreed over the phone. But, I can prove via bank transfers and dates that this is all accurate.
As you can see, Muick Sandy have many concerning issues.
Be very, very cautious should you be brave enough to give them your custom, time or money.

What a great company to deal with, first we met Kirsty she is excellent at her part of the company. She explains and demonstrates every detail of the product making sure that we understood all the bits and pieces.

Now delivery of goods, Jack and Aaron a brilliant team plenty of information on delivery time, and the Scooter which is the new FX Pro is beyond our expectations , lightweight,easy to use, comfortable, even I an 85 year old IT dumbo find this Scooter so much easier to use and understand and I speak from experience having had several different models over the last Twenty years.
I highly recommend Muich Sandy and all the staff that we have met plus Tele sales Ladies and Michael who my Wife wants to share a chocolate biscuit with.
Many thanks to you all and believe me this FX Pro is a superb Scooter well worth every penny, as soon as the weather cools down we'll be off to the chippie and my favourite lunch.

Fantastic Customer Service from my first phone call. Lewis the Sales Exec was very knowledgable of the product and explained everything fully. Very supportive and empathetic. I received my scooter well within the estimated delivery time. Lee and his colleague were lovely and provided a thorough explanation. I am looking forward to using my scooter. From start to finish of finding out about easy to use scooters that can go on public transport, to having Colin come to the house to explain all the ins and outs of the scooters capabilities and actually bringing scooters along for us to see in action and to try was brilliant. We were very happy to order a scooter for my husband, we were told we would get a welcome call the following day and we did, they said we would get a call about a delivery date , and we did . Today we got a call giving us an estimated time of arrival and yes they were on time . 2 very pleasant informative guys who went through all the ins and and outs of the scooter again , to make sure we were comfortable on how to use it. would like to say well done to both of them today for all their help and information, and not forgetting their very pleasant personalities.
