Saw on line asked for a brochure. Resonance was ok. Sales staff good. Arrange trial. This sold us being able to see it outside even if it failed technically. My wife was impressed with the scooter this purchase made. The down side last money transaction we did not get a receipt. Me and oldy wondered. Very pleased all-round.

The most expesive but worst chair I ever bought.
I bought a chair 8 months ago from this company and it cost me 2,000. For that kind of money I expected a quality chair fit for purpose. Instead I go a real dud. Almost from day one I had problems with it and to be fair quite early on they sent a man around to find and fix the problem. The problem was that everytime I used the chair there was a loud noise like metal grinding on metal. Now ths is an electric char plugged into the mains and when metal rubs together it could cause a spar. That was a worry but also the sound was so bad I thought the chair was going to collapse with me in it. The man that came out said it was the leather brushing together, but I know the difference betwwen leather and metal brushing together. I may be old and disabled but my mind is working properly. Anyway he applied lots of beeswax and said it should be okay now and that he would send me some beeswax so the I could regularly beeswax it myself. The day after the he had been the noise was back and he sent me some beeswax in the post - despite the fact that I am elderly disabled and could not be lifting chairs or getting down to apply beeswax. Why woud a brand new 2,000 pound chair need maintenance anyway? So this went on for a while and in the meanwhile the made to measure me chair no longer measured me and the padding in the back and the seat began to flag. Ultimately they took the chiar away to correct it and gave e a new back which was not much help. The chair came back with the exact same problem that it went in to be fixed. It is like they just left it somewhere without doing anything for a week or two and then returned it to me like I am an idiot. I want a refund but now they are saying (despite a 5 year warrranty) that they have to think about giving me a refund. I was even told by the driver (who seemed to know all my business) that I had the chair for 8 months - well 8 months of me calling and tryng to get this chair sorted out and long before the companies own warranty had expired. I ws even told on the phone by one of their custimer service team that I only had 14 days after purchase to get a refund. But even at my age I know that is nothing to do with the warranty but to change my mind about the purchase. I read the reviews but most are about scooter and not chairs. This chair is an absolute disgrace for the amount of money I paid. I expected a made to measure quality chair and I got a groaning mess. The chair I had previously and gave away was better than this one. This comoany are not realiable and do not care abut the customer. I have a heart problem among otheer things and not supposed to have stress but I have had nothing but stress with this company.

Delighted with our purchase -riser recliner chair.
It was a more expensive experience than we had intended but the finished article speaks for itself.
All staff involved were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, from the staff at the other end of the phone, to Gerry who did the initial demonstration on 26 May to last, but not least, Paul and Darren who delivered the chair on 2nd July, set it up and patiently showed my husband how to operate the different levels.

Finance, insurance,delivery.all explained.The service given on the phone also excellent and helpful.The delivery of my scooter by Gary was very good ,informative and everything explained, a good company.
