Scam company, never give them your money!!

Stay away they are thief’s and their program is garbage!!!!

I picked the monthly subscription but somehow got the annual subscription instead. Since I downloaded 1 or 2 songs to my phone and used up like 4 credits, they won't refund me the annual subscription. I asked them to just change it to month-to-month and then refund the rest but they won't even respond. Terrible company

Scummy website. I tried to sign up for a month it switched it to a year and charged me a ridiculous amount. Do not use.

This is garbage software. It doesn’t work and they won’t give you your money back. I’m out $300.

They make it very hard for you to cancel so that they can charge you for the auto renewal. I asked for a refund and they told me no because I wasn't able to cancel in time. You are not able to cancel on the app you have to contact them in order to cancel your subscription. These people are scammers do not do business with them.

It was working fine at first then after while the quality got real bad no matter how much I tried to put in what I wanted to here most voices and sounds the same type of voices with bad quality then I just got charged by them after several months now I can notbfind any cancelation button on there website so I just deleted my account and took the 30.00 charge as a loss but I woll investigate more to charge against them mo costermer service nothing so they are more fraud than good

Very hard to cancel subscription. Thankfully I paid with paypal and was able to cancel the subscription there that platform.

The tool was fun to play with though, shame they are trying to trap people into paying forever without noticing.

You can't get in contact with any kind of customer service. When reaching out, you just get an automatic, pre-written response that redirects you to a website where you can waste more of your time by filling out a form noone will ever read.

I signed up for a free trial and they charged me, and after submitting forms and sending them emails, they never replied.

Absolutely horrible. The system works ok. You give it song recommendations and then it's supposed to make a song for you based on the style you give to it. It doesn't do that and just pretty much whatever it wants to. The real horror starts when you subscribe.

I went to do the monthly sub for one month at $10. When I paid with paypal, the system auto switched and charged me only the $8/month sub, but at that price for 1 year. So I ended up paying $96. With both subs, you get 400 credits per month to use. Even on the yearly, you only get 400 per month and you don't get them all in bulk.

Filed a case with them for a refund of the difference and they said because I had used 10 credits of my 400, they wouldn't give me a refund for the difference. I tried saying I don't mind them keeping the $10 as I did use those credits and used them during that month. But since I will NEVER use their system again, I wanted the $86 difference back. They replied with they wouldn't do the refund of any amount. Filed a case with Paypal and they straight up lied saying I fully agreed to the $96 charge and that because I had used credits for that one month, they couldn't refund any money. So Paypal declined me. next step is to go to my bank and mark this company as fraud to get my money back. It is fraud. When your system messes up and overcharges people and you refuse to refund them, it's fraud.

Did not cancel subscription, continued to bill me

Poor business practice. They not only make it difficult to cancel , they dont cancel. Ive been sending emails to the email provided under cancel in section 16 of their terms of service yet they keep debiting my account. Its a small fee but its basically theft.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are a complete scam! Do not put money into this company.

This is the 4th month i am trying to cancel my subscription. Each time I fill in the cancelation form, without any confirmation and without success. They've been taking my money and keep renewing the subscription. THEIR CANCELATION PROCESS IS SHIT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

This company steals money from you. I have been emailing for over 4 months with no response. The only way is to speak to your bank

This is exceptionally unfavorable. You are charging me, and I only have 2 credits at €25.61. It appears that I am logged in with the incorrect account. I can't switch accounts. I can't log in with my email and password, only with Facebook, Google, etc.; no invoice management, no invoices by email, no access data, and no support except for an online form, and you NEVER get a response!!! I've tried three times already. When you send an email to the address, you get an email saying that you have to fill out a form again. If you send it, you NEVER get a reply! No chat, just NOTHING, nothing. I can only advise against it, even though the AI works, but this is borderline and unique among online platforms.

The platform only offers one free audio generation, which is clearly insufficient to evaluate the service before paying. I was forced to use credits (less than 1%) to try more, but when I requested a refund, I was flatly denied, claiming that any use of credit voids the right to a refund.

This is not clearly stated in their terms, nor do they warn that the "free trial" is so limited that it requires paying to try the product. The no-refund policy seems arbitrary and opaque, which I consider an unfair practice for users.

If you're looking for a service where you can thoroughly try it before committing, beware. Customer service is difficult to reach, and they don't offer friendly solutions in case of dissatisfaction.
