It is a deceiving service. you have pretty good AI music making tech, you should try to keep the customer, not shoo them away. nobody will trust a company that tries to charge even after you end a subscription. i was on vacation for a month and tried to pause my subscription for a month, now I am gone forever after I found Mureka trying to charge. first there is no cancel your subscription option, and then when i delete account it still kept my card info and tried to misuse it.

I paid for a subscription on Mureka expecting them to track my vocal and instrumental references, but they completely ignored them. The result had nothing to do with what I asked for.

They claim to offer a ‘custom song’ service, but it's nothing more than AI generating whatever they want. They send you a Notion page with a link and some text, but your creative input means nothing. Even if you follow all the steps and clarify your request, they don't honour it.

Worst of all: no refund, no review, no human support. They hide behind their fake ‘conditions’ and disappear as soon as you complain.

This is not a professional music service. It is a scam covered by clever design and vague promises. Avoid it at all costs.

The website is a senseless maze. Can't find my subscription or the terms. It sometimes creates decent lyrics, but gets an F for following prompts.I asked several times for a male vocalist and got a female or duet. I asked for certain instrumentation and rhythm, and it did whatever the hell it wanted to do. And, BTW, the Commercial License has not been accepted by Soundcloud, for one.

Didn't make what I asked. It added stupid lyrics when asked instrumental was chosen and because of this I ran out of credits and why can't I just buy credits? Nobody is interested in yet another subscription platform!!!!!! Some of us just want to try it out.

Refund policy is built for loopholes for exploiting payments. I deactivated my subscription and deleted my account yet still found my card being charged. The refund policy is "if a subscription is renewed automatically, their will be no refunds." This is how they can 'accidentally' reactivate your account and steal even more money. I used their service once, and they keep charging me more. In short, do not use. It's not worth it.

Scam. No cancellation button once you subscribe.

Scammers I clicked on the monthly and it charged me for yearly anyways and I didnt notice tried to contact them they dont reply at all. So opened a chargeback and they are trying to snake their way out of it to keep my money.

Same as many people here. They deceptively changed my monthly subscription to a yearly one when I was trying to upgrade to the pro plan. Charged my card for $300, then immediately was unable to let me go back or get a refund.

Then I looked on here and found this is a common occurrence and they specifically build out their refund policy to allow this to keep happening to other people. I now have a full year subscription that I can’t get refunded and will not be using them again.

Paid an absolute fortune by mistake to get nothing reimbursed after cancelling, really unhelpful service and then made an even better song using a different free app. Don’t waste your time!

Be very careful if dealing with this company, their customer service is very bad. I signed up, paid a monthly subscription, then left the site intending to return later. Now, I don't exactly know what happened, it may even have been my own mistake, I don't know for sure, but apparently after paying the subscription I immediately cancelled my account and credits I had just purchased. I tried to sign back in, but you can't rejoin for 10 days or so. I contacted them telling them the issue, but got a run around after receiving one email from them asking me to send a video, which I did. So, I waited the 10 days rejoined and before I could even ask about the issue with my account I got an email encouraging me to use the platform with a couple of free credits! I emailed them again to discuss my oroiginal subscription issue and got one response saying I signed up and then cancelled my account and credits. I wrote explaining to them it is highly unlikely I would sign up, pay money and then cancel almost immediately without trying the platform. I explained I wanted to try the platform, and asked if they could give me credits I paid for. Silence has been the reply! You would think out of common decency, supposing I did make a mistake and canceled the account by accident, they would credit my account, so I could try the platform out. I never asked for money back, just the credits I had paid for, but basically got a big F.U.

I GOT SCAMMED! This Website debits money every month. I started this subscription in April 2025 and canceled it the same day, and now in May they debit Money aggain..... They scam you. Dont Start an Subscription on this Website

This app is a scam site. It is based in Singapore and most likely Chinese. I downloaded this app, signed up for a plan that was $60 per year. They charged me $288. Then tried to charge me another $288 again 9 days later. I contacted their support and surprise surprise they are conveniently are not available and claim it may take up to 5 days to reply.
I have contacted PayPal, blocked payments, and will report it to the Apple store and Google play.
In addition, the app really sucks, it's a waste of time.

AWEFUL! It worked okay but I only needed it for a short time. I signed up for the free trial but there was no option to cancel. I looked up how to cancel and I didn't have the option. I searched and search and never found a way to cancel. I deleted my account and they still found a way to charge me. I recreated my account and tried to find my subscription associated with my email. I couldn't. I deleted it again. I finally had to call my credit card and block them from charging me.

Same issue as many others, go to sub for 1 month and it puts in an annual sub. I used 2 credits which then made them unwilling to refund. Can't really contact support either since it seems to be automated. Worst ai support I've had so far. Product wise, it isn't that bad, but company wise it's a terrible experience.

I accidentally subscribed to Mureka through their website and requested a cancellation almost immediately. I never used the service at all.

I emailed their support, followed all procedures, and even contacted external agencies, but I have received no refund and no meaningful response.

This is incredibly frustrating. A single wrong click turned into weeks of unnecessary stress. This should not happen to any consumer.

I do not recommend this service. I have reported the company to consumer protection authorities in Singapore and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

So far, I am pretty happy with Mureka; it allowed me to send a song sample from YouTube and recreate a unique and high-quality Afrobeat song for me. I managed to create 5 unique banging songs with Mureka.ai. I highly recommend it. It is super awesome, I love the fact that I can also use my own voice or their AI vocalists, which is super great. I created an intro song for my YouTube channel and one for my children’s YouTube Channel. I am extremely happy with Mureka.ai

1 Star is too many.

No way to contact the company.

I deleted my account and was still billed for another month.
