SCAM - you can't unsubscribe. You have to contact your bank to stop the payments. You can send them an email (found in the terms of service, under section/clause 16), but I think it's quite clear you won't get an answer, otherwise they would've:

1. sent you a payment receipt
2. have a transparent unsubscribe button

I paid for a subscription that gave me 1,500 credits monthly. I used only 700 credits, but once I didn’t renew, the remaining 800 I paid for were removed. This was never clearly stated in advance. I feel like I got scammed — the system is built to trap users into constantly paying or losing value.

SCAMMERS! No refund! I had to CANCEL my card because there is no option to cancel monthly subscription!

i habe no longer any Account because i delete it, but the subscription will book and book from my creditcard. they wrote anything About there refund policies for subscription and did not accept that i have no Account and so no subscription on mureika.ai

i want stop it and they will not Response to my mails and of you look on there site, there is no contact or any way to talk with them. they only want creditcard id's and want get cash/money for no Services that you can not stop on any way but you never had a subscription or any that show there is an active account with any invoices

This company keeps attempting to take payments from my account, even though I don’t have an active subscription with them. I’ve emailed their so-called "help" address but received no response. It’s a complete con — avoid at all costs.

One star is overkill, I mistakenly chose the billed yearly plan, which happens so often that it is listed as a refund policy reason if you ve used none of the credits (the ui is extremely misleading). I used it for like 30' before realising they charged me 100 euros. I have stopped using the service, canceled subscription and their support team won't get back to me. Total scam

Poor quality sound generated. Offer free just 1 credit. I don't recomand this website. Don't waste time and money. Suno Ai is much better.

Terrible customer service that are very rude. They didn't cancel my membership and instead ignored me and send me a link to their website. How rude, I will be reporting them and requesting a charge back. Purchased and then realized you CANNOT upload your voice unless you pay extra for pro membership. Total scam of a website.

Paid for a 1 month test sub, only to realize that they don't allow uploads unless you pay more. I should have checked further, still it's a pretty stupid policy on Mureka's part, they could just charge a few extra credits, instead they opted for the money grab.

The audio quality of tracks seems fine, but the musical quality of the tracks is pretty awful.

I deleted my account just 30mins after paying 10 dollars, that how bad it was.

Overall this service is not recommended if you like music!!

Absolute crap, changes your lyrics, does not use the selected music profile. Do not waste your money on the upgrade as it's no better, as far as i'm concerned it's a complete scam.
They even emailed me saying they had rectified the errors, complete bull, tried it again and still rubbish

I purchased a monthly pro subscription to be able to make an instrumental taking a mp3 reference as starting point. the instrumental version has no prompt! I can not describe what i want! I'd like a refund but... it's impossible to contact support!

I am a song writer and started using the Mureka $96 per year version, just over a week ago, which gets you 400 credits per month, their customer service which is Terrible/awful/ shockingly bad.... I use my own lyrics and don't expect too much from the first few attempts at matching the Ai composition to the lyric in a meaningful way, but I decided to upgrade to the pro version so I can record my own vocals and manipulate the end result...All I wanted to do was upgrade but I wanted to know if Mureka would refund what was left of my yearly subscription (I had only been using it a week) absolutely no way of talking to anyone, in fact I cannot find a way of communicating with anyone re an upgrade , if it is possible I can't find it!! so no upgrade for me, I do not know if the other Ai companies are any better but I shall be trying them instead of giving an extra $192 dollars. Their contact email always comes up as not recognised.. FURTHER UPDATE it's now 22/4/25 still no response from this company. I can only assume they are making too much money to be bothered with customer service! FURTHER UPDATE 28/April/2025...I can't sign in as they no longer recognise my sign in details, 160 credits have disappeared, and there is no way of contacting them...The internet is LAWLESS these are just scummy scammers BE WARNED. thieves and Scammers

Mureka is awful: Bad music quality. Rude and unprofessional customer service. Tricky terms & conditions. Horrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. This is the worst AI music service out there.

I was charged $96 USD for a yearly plan. I canceled immediately after trying the service — the quality was extremely poor compared to other tools like Suno.ai.

I requested a refund right away and was completely ignored. No reply from support. I attempted a chargeback via Visa, but it was denied.

Avoid this tool if you care about your money or quality. Shady billing practices + ghost support = red flag.
