Offer you 3 months free music turns out it's only a month not a very good service either

Feels like a scam! Can't work out how to cancel this, they're just taking money from my account and my bank can't stop it. Haven't been able to access any support to cancel this.

customer relayed delivery driver called them and asked for directions after explaing were to take the delivery the driver cut off the customer 10 mins later tracking shows customer rejected with no actul attempt at delivery

FRAUD - Stealing money from my account!!!!!!!
I had the misfortune of taking out an Amazon Music Subscription some time ago. Single memnership £9.99 per month.
For reasons unknown to me Amazon then Decided i should have a family subscription at £17.99
This is something that I never asked for or ever authorised.
I have on numerous occasions cancelled this subscription through the correct channels and even have emails from amazon acknowledging this. However a few days later I have an email thanking me for reactivating and subsequently taking another payment.
I have tried to contact amazon but they make it impossible to speak to a human being. So they continue to raid my account and steal £17.99 each month. I cant stop this payment myself as its on a continuous payment mandate.
I have now had to resort to contact the fraud department at my bank who have now blocked the payment for 13 months.
I am now hoping the fraud department will investigate and bring Amazon to account.
I wonder if anyone from Amazon will actually read this and reach out regarding the THEFT of money from my account.

Signed up for 3 months free trial. I'm not going to last 3 weeks. It suggests music I want to listen to - no thanks.
If I play a track it then just repeats the track or plays alternative versions - again no thanks.
There is an option to add tracks to the play queue but there seems no way to access the play queue!

I echo exactly the views of everyone else. We decided to cancel Spotify family as some weren’t using it so I thought as I already pay for Prime I would just use Amazon music. What a joke. I really resent being forced to listen to music I have not chosen. Will be deleting the app which crashes endlessly anyway. Spotify free is much better.

Amazon music may as well be thrown into the bin. All purchased music had played fine for over a couple of years. Had no issues streaming or playing downloaded albums........Now...can't even listen to anything that's been bought. App constantly crashes and shuts down. Been like this for 5/6 months now.Tantamount to downright bloody theft

I don’t use the service since they wanted me to pay extra every month on top of my yearly prime membership to play MY choice of music.

If an algorithm is going to play me music I didn’t request I just listen instead to a radio station for free.

Zero stars to the Amazon mastermind who thought customers were going to fall for that scam

Very upset. I stopped using unlimited because of the cost, but I purchased and download one album for 11 pounds outright. They won't let me listen to it now without making me listen to a whole load of music I dislike. So they took my money and gave me nothing back. So upset. I thought I was buying the right to play that album.

Very poor drops out connection and Spotify give so much more for you money

Don't bother with this. You can only play music with shuffle - so you have no control about what is playing. Get Spotify - much better.

I am pleased that I didn't pay for the full subscription as the music keeps dropping out, the base suddenly goes, then returns for a few minutes, I am trying the 4 months free trial. My internet is superb, so nothing to do with that. I have read that they have streaming problems, Amazon need to do something about it, it was better left as it was, where we could make our own play lists etc, where as now on the basic prime one, they play songs we don't want to hear, I will be looking elsewhere for my music streaming, I have now bought some decent speakers & luckily kept my old CDS, would rather pay for a decent sound that doesn't keep cutting out. Very disappointed.

Really sad that amazon have removed many songs from my playlists and want me to pay 8.99 a month for unlimited on top of 8.99 for prime. Been a customer for many years and feel very let down by money grabbing tactics. Also tried to buy a specific track and was unable to do so as it is on unlimited. Will have to consider whether I want to carry on my prime membership. Amazon you are a disgrace!

Utterly useless! Amazon music does anything it can to not play a song you want to hear to try and get you to subscribe. It insists on playing other music you don’t want to hear. Am going to cancel prime membership as it’s too frustrating and a waste of time

Amazon music is now worse than useless, unless willing to pay for unlimited. Just let me listen to my playlist without introducing crap songs which I skip then run out of skips..... Are you not making enough money Amazon?

As in previous reviews Amazon now shuffle music "based on my playlists" which is useless. Also agree not good as cannot create age-appropriate playlists. In an online chat with Customer Services back in Nov22, which I copied to a Word document, they told me "You still have control of the music you want to listen to, to access music without shuffle playback you can access your favorite playlist through the "All-Access Playlists" feature. Here you can listen to music with on the Amazon Music app, you can pick and play songs from a variety of All-Access Playlists on-demand with no skip limits, and download them to listen offline " This was rather mis-leading as it is their own selection of playlists which bear no relation to my own music. I might consider paying for Amazon Unlimited Music without Prime, but will first have to find out what my deliveries would cost. Otherwise it would be too expensive to add this or any other similar service on. (the Customer Service person also added "I totally understand the frustration, if I could change it back, i wouldn't blink twice to do it" and suggested I do a review.

Why are amazon not listening? Well they are obviously making too much money to care. I just want to join with the other prime music users how appalling the changes to amazon are. The reviews are so bad, yet they still continue not to listen. I've deleted the app, we need to leave in droves. Only numbers will even make them look, they won't care about loyal customers

The recent change has completely put me off this app. Can’t choice the music you want, limited skips and the music is not the same. I use to use it all the time and have deleted the app. The kids use to love listening to it the Amazon app and after the change they can even recognise this is not good. Bring back the Amazon music we liked

Really disappointing that having been a customer of Prime for years. I have travelled overseas and now found out all the "restrictions" in using Music and my playlist that have been brought in. Presumably to force you take out an increased subscription for music. Amongst the most annoying things now is having to reboot the music option in teh app several times to get past advertising upgrade "push" to play my music. This all against the backdrop of a huge annual price hike! not good and going back to deezer.

Been a prime member for years. A big feature for me was Amazon music where I created myself different play lists. Recent ‘upgrades’ have totally destroyed the feature and now shuffles with ‘similar tracks’ which are nothing like what I listen to. Not only that, the kids playlists now get intermingled with explicit and inappropriate content too. There is now also a limited functionality to skip a track. In effect, Amazon now determines what music I listen to! It is utterly pointless and I am sick of it. Seriously considering ending my subscription. Would not recommend.
