Way more expensive than iTunes who literally have every song.
I was charged a subscription fee of…
I was charged a subscription fee of £9.99 even though I did not sign up for the music subscription service at any point! Customer service told me I must have subscribed yet I had no emails or notification to tell me I had accidently done this. I don't use the amazon music service and yet still charged for it without my knowledge. I advise anybody to stay clear of the service until they stop stealth charging innocent amazon shoppers. I have asked amazon to make their service more transparent so the only way they can charge you is if you physically sign up for the service and not my accidently clicking on a link which may not be at all obvious to the unsuspecting customer.
Pish poor service! Won't be back!
Started using Amazon music from getting a deal for 3 months for 99p I noticed even with the trial that there were some issues with the app. I continued to hope that with updates that it would correct itself eventually and that it wouldn't continue to get any worse I was so stupidly wrong because it didn't sort itself out even with complaints to Amazon. Playlists would vanish there would be 3/4 different ones and all would be gone, same with searching for artists I'd be connected to WiFi or using mobile data and it wouldn't load no matter what I tried, you'd eventually have it load onto a playlist (that's if it hasn't been deleted) and it won't even load up the song or play, I've tried using different devices and it was the same issues with that too. So finally after paying £9.99 each month for 4 stupid months for a service which I wasn't even getting I cancelled and I most certainly won't be back to using it again.
I previously purchased music on…
I previously purchased music on Amazon.co.uk, and that music is playable on music.amazon.co.uk.
But they block me from accessing / buying music on my searches, by locking out all the best results from any search, insisting that I buy an Amazon Music subscription from them! avoid!
