Good company to work with, with reservations.
On the website, they state 'free delivery to UK mainland'. It is not the case. They only deliver free to England and Wales, not to Scotland which is certainly part of the UK mainland. They should get that sorted as it is misleading. However, goods are delivered accurately and speedily, which is useful.

Last week I have ordered two cleaning products from Mustang Cleaning Supplies. I still didn't receive the products, the order is still processing.... I wrote an email to Mustang but they even didn't bother to reply. I never had similar experience with other cleaning supplies company. I will never order any products from this company. I hope I will get my products next week.

quick efficient service lack of invoice
I have purchased off this company a few times now they are great fro the purchase however the never supply an invoice just and order sheet
This very frustrating as you have to match the order sheet to paypal payment, unnecessary extra work and also the question of why is there no invoice

We do send invoices to customers who have a credit account with us. For other customers who don't have a credit account with us and who place orders through our website, we don't automatically send an invoice because you normally get a confirmation e-mail through with prices etc. However, If you ever need an invoice, we are happy to send one to you. Just pop us an e-mail requesting for one and we'll send it over straight away.

I have just used the silver dip from Goddards which is exceptional.

Much cheaper than their competitors on amazon and ebay. Free delivery on £20 plus orders, and arrived within 24 hours. Highly recommended
