Can you confirm the order number? I have found one order under your name but the order was only placed on Wednesday (21st). We say to allow 3-4 working days for delivery. Exellent Service
I have used the Diamond Polish befor on Quarry Tiles , can't be beaten , not had a chance to use the carpet shampoo yet .

Was disappointed the heads were not like an old fashioned cotton mop. Wanted a wooden handle as last 1 rusted but the heads themselves were less robust on our rough slate floor.

Simple, straightforward purchase
What I wanted was a good powerful degreaser for bike use, without paying huge sums for tiny cycle-branded amounts. A bit of research and I found this stuff. The advice from cyclists who've used it is take a little care, but that's only to be expected with a powerful agent (and the instructions on the product are crystal clear too) It works beautifully. My previous branded degreaser cost the almost same, but for 100ml as against 5 litres here. Came promptly, well packed. What's not to like?
