Excellent support from Raul and Marius…

Excellent support from Raul and Marius at Muziker after my purchase of Strymon’s BigSky plugin. The terminology ‘Licence Key’ (should be labelled Redemption Code) and Activation Code led to uncertainty as to how to activate the software in my DAW (they send you a Licence Key which you then have to input on the Strymon website in the Redemption Code section - this then generates the Activation Code you need). Both these guys got onto the case straight away and got me up and running. They said they would call me back, and they did. They said they would follow up and get the issue sorted out, and they did. I must admit I was sceptical about using Muziker initially but have to say my scepticism was totally unfounded. This was customer service at its best. Thank you guys.

Since we ship goods from warehouses based in Slovakia, EU and UK is not part of the EU, there is taxes and custom charges included in the shipping fee. Once you receive the parcel in UK, you are not paying any additional fees.

Superb service from beginning to end

From beginning to end the whole experience was excellent. The products are superb at very competitive prices. The website is clear and efficient. The staff dealt with my questions quickly and kindly. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this company.

It my second purchase with muziker this…

It my second purchase with muziker this year 2024 on both account there was never an issue with my place orders the procedure has been without hiccup the package arrival has been fluent and the items orders well package for the journey from Slovenia to the UK Big up to Muziker they have a great crews fronting a great company i can see these guys being around for a long long time cause they know how to roll it out

The description was wrong but they corrected and tested me fairly

The strap in both the title and the description specs states the strap is leather which for me was a crucial part of the purchase decision but it is not. It is vinyl and u can clearly feel it’s plastic and see the white plastic backing.
The form to request a refund is so long and complex I’m not sure I have the energy but I would happily return it

Update - since I posted this Muziker refunded me in full and corrected their product description. Credit to them for doing the right thing and

Excellent product Excellent seller

Easy to order through PayPal.
Nice website layout.
Shame the postage was with ups as it took 12 days from ordering to arrive and was hard to track due to ups website not updating correctly however this is no fault of Muziker and will buy from them again.

Shipping problems

The guitar stand itself is great, it's just they sent it in a huge box that wouldn't fit into a parcel locker so I had to spend several days waiting for it at home with no tracking information provided. Yes, I chose the method of delivery, but I didn't know they'd put it in such a huge box and send it out anyway without contacting me first to change the delivery method. When I pointed it out, the email replay suggested it was my fault. I won't use Muziker again.

These clowns left a £2,500 guitar on my…

These clowns left a £2,500 guitar on my drive, visible from the road, in the pouring rain, while I was on holiday despite being told that I was away and saying that they would tell the courier to rearrange delivery date. Unbelievable.

I liked the price of the product ... BUT !!

I liked the price the product was offered at but after purchasing the item from your website, the download link was not sent through to me immediately but about an hour later ... this is poor!
