This is my all-time favourite music shop! They’re incredibly reliable and offer outstanding and fast service at a very acceptable price. In December 2025 I ordered the majesty handpan that simply wasn’t the right tone for me and they were happy to send it back. This weekend I ordered an ember steel handpan and it arrived this morning. The delivery was incredibly fast! And this handpan is absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Muziker! A huge shoutout to the team!

If any thing goes wrong this is A bad company to work with
I ordered a microphone for a aero guitar.
The microphone cost £24 they charged £26 postage. After a couple weeks waiting I got a package open the driver took photos ,
The main thing was microphone didn’t work
I informed Musial and was led around the world
By assistants eventually had to fill in a form
Got email back saying they would contact me in 30 days to let me know result
The also implied I’d lose postage which is more than broken Mike

My order was lost in delivery and it takes them ages to decide to send it again or what.
Some time ago I made an order and everything was perfect. This time my delivery was supposed to come in two parcels and one of them was lost. Despite all the chats with the support and filling in forms and assurances that it is being investigated, I was unable to get any timeframe when this will be resolved. I didn't receive any valid explanation why store wouldn't sent the goods again and reclaim the ones lost if they are ever found. The order was a present for a kid which makes the whole story even more frustrating. I guess if this doesn't resolve quickly this would be my last order from Muziker.
