No delivery at home!
I got my package but Muziker did not bring the package at home, changed the order for no reason. UPS told me it was on the request of Muziker they brought it to another village. I had to pick it up myself. I will not buy at Muziker again.

Fast shipping, insufficient padding
The package was shipped fast, and sadly delayed by UPS but that is a standard problem in Spain and not Muziker fault. I give the service 3 stars only because the Amp Tubes I bought were not packed sufficiently well: when I opened the box all the padding was on one side of the box, and all the tubes on other, leaving them exposed to damage. I am yet to test the tubes, but I hope all 5 have survived.
