Great little instrument
Great little instrument. But!!!! The transport agency ( in my case UPS ) is the problem here because the box arrived opened and broken... fortunately the instrument arrived in optimal conditions.

Los precios de venta suelen ser interesantes pero te mandan material usado o danado (altavoz Beringer 10'' rayado en caja re precintada, subwoofer 12'' Italian stage con esquina rota por golpes.)
A la hora de reclamar te atienden pero no dan seguimiento a tu problema...
Los transportistas Seur y DPD son vergonzosamente descuidados y tiempos de entrega demasiado largos.
Deploro lo poco profesionales que son todos los intervinientes. Por estas experiencias no le vuelvo a comprar nada a esta gente.
Existen otros proveedores fiables como Ama... Thom...

The sale prices are usually interesting but they send you used or damaged material (Beringer 10'' speaker scratched in a re-sealed box, 12'' Italian stage subwoofer with broken corner due to knocks).
When it's time to make a complaint, they will help you but they don't follow up on your problem...
The carriers Seur and DPD are shamefully careless and delivery times are too long.
I deplore how unprofessional they all are. Because of these experiences I will never buy anything from these people again.
There are other reliable suppliers such as Ama...or Thom...
