Tuve una buena experiencia, con un problema menor. Les compré un Aeros Loop Studio recientemente. Nunca había oído hablar de ellos antes y el precio que ofrecían era 177 euros menos que el de la mayoría de los minoristas online. Por lo tanto, estaba un poco escéptico y me preocupaba que pudiera ser una estafa, pero otras personas dijeron que eran legítimos y que podía pagar a través de PayPal (que brinda protección de pagos), así que decidí intentarlo. Todo salió bien con el envío, he estado usando el producto bastante durante una semana y todo parece estar bien también.
El único pequeño problema fue que el adaptador de corriente que me enviaron era uno del Reino Unido en lugar de uno de la UE, y esto no estaba indicado en la página del producto, por lo que tuve que comprar un convertidor. Les informé de esto y dijeron que lo corregirían en el sitio web, lo cual es bueno, pero hubiera sido bueno si se hubieran ofrecido a enviarme el cargador correcto o darme algo de crédito en la tienda por el error. Pero incluso con los 10 euros adicionales que tuve que pagar por el adaptador, ahorré mucho dinero en el producto en general.

I had a good experience, with one minor issue. I bought an Aeros Loop Studio from them recently. I had never heard of them before, and the price they were offering it as 177 euros less than most online retailers. I was therefore a bit skeptical and worried it might be a scam, but other people said they were legit, and I could pay through PayPal (which provides payment protect), so I decided to give it a try. Everything went fine with the shipping, and I've been using the product pretty heavily for a week now, and everything seems fine with it too.
The only little issue was that the power adapter they sent me was a UK instead of an EU one, and this wasn't indicated on the product page, so I had to buy a converter. I informed them of this and they said they'd correct it on the website, which is good, but it would have been nice if they had offered to send me the correct charger or give me some store credit for the mistake. But even with the extra 10 euros I had to pay for the adapter, I still saved a lot of money on the product overall.

I ordered yarn (so no risk of damage in transport), and it arrived well. The buying experience is unnecessarily cumbersome and therefore feels a bit scammy, but other than that all went well.
