Muziker then sent me confirmation and provided me with info to track DHL delivery, which was done faster then I initially expected. Package wasn't damaged, and cable works flawlessly. 5 stars.

Some scammers. I received a saxophone with a manufacturing defect. The instrument came perfectly packed in its box and when it was time to take it out I realized that it came with a bump right behind a key, making it impossible to hit that place without damaging the key. Claim Muziquer immediately by providing all kinds of photos of both the instrument and the packaging. They made me send the instrument so that the technical service could see it and after waiting 2 months and sending several emails asking about the claim, they answered that it cannot be fixed and they did not change it, blaming me for having caused the blow and Because of the place where the blow is, it is impossible for it to have been in transport. I claim again that this blow has not been caused by transport or by me, since there should be more damage in the area that it is and it is impossible to damage the instrument without damaging the other surrounding parts and I indicate again that it is a manufacturing defects. They answer me again that they are not going to do anything and even out of desperation I offer to pay for the repair out of pocket and they answer me that they do not do it either since it is not worth it and it is more expensive than a new one (I paid €400 for an instrument broken) and return it to me as is. After 1 more month of waiting, I'm still waiting for it to be returned to me so that I can fix it elsewhere and even if it means not losing the €400 I paid. I will claim the European consumer center as I have been advised by the OMIC and OCU.

Very smooth delivery process. I was sent an email with the delivery date and then another one with the estimated time of delivery plus tracking, so this meant that I didn't have to wait all day and could plan accordingly. Definitely would buy from them again

Delivery has not arrived on time!!! Ordered the 27.12 and the package wasn't delevered on the 5th for three kings due to missing information as indicated. Sounds like a cheap excuse of GLS!!!! Wen used this address in other ocasions without any problem. As a consequence my daughter hasn't received its present for three kings!

the box is broken when I open and there is a missing one. The item is not also functioning well. I thought it would be a good deal to purchased the Happy plugs than the AirPods but it’s a waste of money. I’m requesting for a return on it but they still not in response on it. I’m not satisfied of the product and the cargo also.
