Just perfect!

I ordered a harp and everything worked perfectly. The colleagues in Dublin were available by phone and we were able to schedule the delivery from Dublin to Stockholm to suit me. I was also given lots of good tips on how best to handle the harp. The instrument was safe and well packed and survived the journey well. I am very happy and can only recommend Muzikkon! Very good instruments and perfect service.

This is the second dulcimer I have…

This is the second dulcimer I have bought from Muzikkon, both have been amazing instruments and have given my hours of pleasure!

The only thing I could have asked for would be mother of pearl dots on the fretboard! Apart from that I would highly recommend Muzikkon!

I ordered a harp. Great service, and great harp

I ordered a harp and it arrived in Canada within eight days. It was very well packed and the harp was exactly as ordered. There was a broken string and I contacted them about it and although it was very late at night in Ireland I received a response right away. The new string is on its way. Great service, and a great sounding harp

Arrived on good time

Arrived on good time. Beautiful wood and sound. made better than expected. Larger than I expected. Very pleased with product. It would be very helpful for beginners like me to have a video how to tune the harp. Didn't know whether to tune higher pitch or down?? Also maybe 5 free harp lessons for beginners, on your site . It would be helpful for each instrument you sell to help us get started with a few instruction lessons.

Very good instrument

Arrived very fast, good quality instrument (Balalaika.) But, didn't have any good tracking number and arrived after it said it would. Nonetheless, very satisfied. Also, came with a bag. Very cool
