Item arrived on time, and I am so please with the quality of the banjo. I only hope I can play it eventually as well as it deserves to be played

Quick and easy service!

Even if communication was difficult at the beginning, Muzikkon sent me the lute in a very well protected package. Really serious work!

I order a renaissance luth on october 10, I received it in Lisbon, Portugal, on november 17. It was very very well packed, no problem with the transport. The quality of the instrument is good, it has a beautiful sound and good quality of construction. I am very happy with the instrument. Two or three weeks after order the instrument I asked for some information about the date of delivery and I could not obtain an answer. That maybe you could do better and give some information. But, as I said, I' m very happy. Thank you very much.

My lute arrived intact and well packed. Fast delivery from Ireland. Ordering in the website was very easy.

Please consider including dates of holidays in your website when you will be closed and are not able to respond attentively. You could have holidays that other countries do not celebrate. In my case, who lives across the world did wonder why a tracking number took several days to obtain. Thank you.

The instrument was packaged carefully so it appeared to not be damaged at all in transit (and my cat appreciated the box). It also arrived faster than I expected it to.
The only thing that bothered me was that I got an invoice for £70something for it to be importer into England because of Brexit just before it was due to arrive and I was not made aware that I would have to pay this fee until the instrument had already been shipped. Being told about this in advance would have been helpful.

Fast delivery and helpful over the phone.

Checked on the availability while it was the weekend and got an immediate reply (was fully prepared to wait until the Monday). Had a very helpful discussion about when to pick it up and we finally settled on having it sent to the B&B I was going to be staying at. Picked up the harp today and it is PERFECT. Beautiful design, very well crafted and such good value for money. I had read some off-the-wall reviews about the Muzzikon products while waiting to collect my instrument, which did worry me a little, but I had absolutely nothing to be concerned about. From the start to the finish, the customer service has been excellent and the harp itself is gorgeous and has a lovely sound. I am new to harp playing (I do play the Lithuanian kanklės, so I have some idea about string instruments) and I am excited to make progress with my small O’Carolan harp. Go raibh míle maith agaibh!

Very Bad Communication after I sent back my Instrument. I got no money back, no answers to my call or to my emails. I am very dissapointed.

The lute arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The sound is lovely, highly recommend Muzikkon.

Not much to say, I had no issues therefore had little interaction with Muzikkon.

I bought a lute. I live in Mexico and the delivery time was very fast. There was no problem or difficulty in tracking my order. Today I finally have it with me and I am very happy. It came very well packaged and arrived in optimal conditions. Thank you very much!

My Trinity harp in Rosewood is beautiful. Fast shipping and excellently wrapped to protect it. Shipped all the way from Dublin to New York. It sounds amazing. Thankyou Muzikkon.

I ordered a Camac Harp from Muzikkon on Aug 10. It arrived in Whitefish yesterday. The packaging was superb and the harp is in mint condition.
The reason for delay in shipping is that « Camac » closes down for Summer vacation.
I called Muzikkon from the US a couple of times and they were very courteous and patient. This business definitely deserves 5 stars.

Easy to pick the model i want and easy to check out and pay, NOW the challenge is will the Bohdran SOUND as good as it shows on You Tube? we shall see.
