Nil service from MWProfiles / EVRI
I ordered a plastic profile; relatively 'cheap' purchase. Despite this I had to sign for it but was out when EVRI called.. reassured I needed to do nothing further and an attempt to redeliver would be made..it wasn't but MW Profiles claimed it had been delivered to my address but provided no evidence. As as consequence I am still out of pocket. EVRIdo not investigate /resolve but simply put you in touch with Howly for a fee of course and they only give 'advice' .. they are not under any obligation to resolve'.. This is nothing short of a scam. MW Profiles is not worth any stars and my strong advice is to AVOID.... similarly before ordering good on line check which courier is being used .. EVRI is a re-branded courier infamous for poor service... I for one will not be placing business in their hands going forward.
