I had purchased the baby seat upon receiving the item i realised there were multiple discrepancies between what was shown online and the item I had. I would not recommend buying from this site.

Takes ages to have goods delivered . They don’t mention excessive delivery times . Their contact number is a premium line .

Given up hope on a present for my grand son’s birthday. It’s taken over a week and still no firm date

Bought a pair of Kids shoes for little child- took 3 weeks for the first delivery date to come up, the date was then extended twice. Finally it came up with a delivery status as Delivered however the product never arrived

Complete scam- Don’t waste your money

Ordered a clothing item in December, it's now almost April and there is no sign of it.

They simply respond with "we understand your frustration". Anyone with a toddler will know that this sort of timeframe is unworkable for a fast growing child, but even then, at this point I don't believe any item will arrive.

Feel scammed, what a waste of time and money.

Avoid at all costs. Purchased one of their educational toys for 12months plus. Came with tiny parts that easily attach causing choking hazards. Like so many here with the reviews, I tried to return, they went back and forth with me over and over, until finally saying they would accept a return but it would need to be within 14days. Of course this was no longer the case. Total scammers. Don't buy from them. Getting my money back from the bank.

The toy I ordered didn't work properly, and was very poor quality. I especially bought from My Little Darling, as I thought because it was far more expensive than other similar advertised toys, it would be top quality. I should have gone to Temu.
I contacted the store and was asked to sent a video of the problem whichI did, but have had no response.
I will NEVER buy from them again, its bordering on fraud. My advise is never buy from this company, they are a rip-off.

The package was not secured enough for what seems to have been a long journey, so the box is completely banged up and softened (poor quality of the cardboard too). This is a present for a friend’s kid and now it looks like I got it on a flee market or in someone’s attic.

My daughter received a gift from this shop and the quality is terrible. Some of the toys, which looks sturdy online, are actually made of cardboard. Pretty sure they just buy this from shein and temu. Take your money elsewhere. Absolutely shit products.

Still waiting for delivery of item ordered 8th February for my great nephews birthday 14th February! Emailed countless times, automated 'we have your email and will respond within 3 days' then nothing!

Item received within the recommended timeframe, easy too deal with, customer service and communication was satisfactory and the product was as described. Not sure if there was actually 210 magnets in the actual pot but not entirely sure I’d have the patience too sit and count them all either but the recipient was more than pleased with them

Don’t ever buy from this company. Ordered dance mat, total rubbish so asked to return and refund. Took ages to sort, sent back at own cost and they rejected it!!
Pursued again and offered 30% refund, still waiting weeks on. They now just don’t respond.
I agree with the last person who said this company is a scam!!!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Ordered the farm activity table for a Christmas present, it arrived late and was half the size advertised on the website. It was advertised for babies and had a least 20, small detachable items that were a choking hazard. Very concerning!

I asked to return for a refund and kept getting stupid offers of 10, 20 and 25% of my money back. They even recommended I play with it myself at 34 years old…

I finally returned the item as per the instructions on the website, costing £18 as it has to be tracked and they’re based in the Netherlands! Anyway, it was stopped at customers as apparently it was my responsibly to pre-pay the duty, nowhere did it mention this on their returns section of the website.

After reading reviews I assumed the worst and that I wasn’t getting my £50 back however, I raised a dispute with PayPal on the 14th January.

There was a lot of going back and forward, and within this space of time, they updated their website returns section with large red writing advising duty had to be covered for returns. At this point I had no evidence this wasn’t on the website when I returned, very annoying and sneaky!! Luckily for me, Netherlands customers posted my package back to me and in the box was the original printed returns from their website with no mention of paying duty, proving they had try to pull a fast one and added it after I raised the dispute.

Over a month later, PayPal have forced them to refund me and I now have my money back. If you’re in the same situation be persistent and provide as much evidence as possible!! This company is a complete disgrace and by the sounds of it, they have robbed people of a lot of money.

Brought a folding potty training seat, the seat on the video was completely different to what we received. Legs didn’t adjust at the bottom as per video. Asked if they could send item as per video with adjustable steps or refund the money.
They apologised for misrepresenting the product.
Then offered to refund 15% of the purchase price as compensation for the inconvenience. When I didn’t accept, Hannah from Customer Service went on to say “We understand that returning items can sometimes be difficult. Therefore, we would like to suggest a simpler solution that we hope you will find appealing.
To avoid the return cost and inconvenience of shipping, we are happy to offer to refund you 20% of the purchase price while allowing you to keep the item. This saves you a trip to the post office and helps us keep costs down. You can also use the item yourself or give it as a gift.”
Will not be buying from this company again!!

If it was an option to give a zero I would, stay away at all cost! They don’t respond to emails, they don’t have a complaints team, still awaiting a refund 38 days later!

Order was extremely late arriving. Too late for Christmas, even though delivery before Christmas was promised. The goods were poor quality and much smaller than expected, apart from the cutting set, where the knives were far too big for the age specified. Also vastly overpriced. The toys are beautifully photographed and presented on the website, so don't be fooled.

Please pay attention to all the other reviews and AVOID this company. I tried to cancel two items immediately after I had purchased them (I read the reviews after I had already paid :( but they refused. They charge shipping insurance which is a nonsense and items are really low quality came in battered boxes and look nothing like the photos. When I asked for a refund I received an automatic message from 'Hannah" offering a 20% refund. This company is a scam - do not waste your money and time here...

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ITEMS ARRIVED 2 weeks late said I had to cover the returns at my own cost back to Europe! Which I stupidly did. It is now stuck in customs as they are refusing to pay for it to be cleared. Absolute scammers lowest of low and take no accountability. Will be reported to uk trading standards.

They deliver items late, damaged, poor quality clearly direct from China, and offer no customer support.
I am really surprised to find an online retailer still acting this way
