Love the products. Took longer than expected to receive them but worth the wait.

I ordered the DIY cube track (51 pieces) with train. I'm happy with this product. It was got my son. It is quite small but you can prob purchase more and add to it. You charge the train so no batteries needed. My son just likes putting it on and watching it drive around the track. The delivery was in time and I was kept updated on the delivery at every stage so that was very helpful I recommend this company and this toy 😊

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering but as sent a link to the xmas gift for my niece got suckered in to the promise of “arrives before christmas” - my bad - (ordered on the 18/12/25 and finally arrived 03/01/26). Obviously, as other reviews, this did not happen - despite the ‘promise’ of 1-3 business days. The scam they then pull is once you have ordered/paid a new line stating expected delivery pops up on the confirmation which is significantly longer than the 1-3 business days; and guess what: you can’t cancel cause the “order is now processed”. Needless to say I will not be using the company ever again, have spread the word to other parents/g-parents etc that buy for kids, and strongly suggest you avoid them too. Just wish I could leave a ‘zero’star rating. Hey TP guys perhaps something to consider introducing for those companies that are just so, very poor!?

I had no issue with the product very well made. I would advise that when you receive an email saying your parcel has arrived from them that it means that it’s arrived at the port not your home so you don’t actually get it until another 5 working days. So as it’s coming from china expect a wait of at least 4 weeks. This is not a criticism as I found the feedback from the company excellent.

I ordered two gifts for my granddaughter on 8 Dec, they finally arrived on 29th December, too late!! The quality of the toys is very poor and not reflective of the price I paid, they were also poorly packaged with boxes damaged. I will not be using this company again and would advise others to be very wary.

Arrived before Christmas and my 3 year old immediately asked if he could also wear it when going to the Nursery? It's fluffy, warm and great quality! My son falls asleep with itvon coz it's so fluffy he said. I bought a second one for a work friend's little one. Loved both the navy and the light green colours!

Within minutes after purchasing Dec 6, 2025, I emailed this company asking to cancel the purchase and not to ship it, and for a full refund. Dec 8th they responded that there no way to cancel once order is placed and that I would need to wait for item to be delivered for it to be returned at my own cost.
We waited for the item that never came. Checking before Christmas, Christmas day and the last two days (26th and 27th), and the item still was in transit based on invoice number given.
Then it said that it was delivered when it was never delivered. We've been home every day and no one has come to our property to deliver a package. We have several cameras all around our house facing every direction. No delivery person has ever come to the property.
After reading the reviews and based on my experience, it is my belief that this company is a scam and fraudulent, not a legitimate company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Avoid this company at all costs
Not received order after almost 4 weeks even though they say they have delivered it. Emailed 6 separate occasions no reply. Paypal are now claiming my money back. Avoid avoid avoid

The parcel was a long time coming but was on time for Xmas. Customer service were quick at getting back to me when I asked a question regarding delivery. The product seems to be enjoyed by my grandson

Do not order from this company - items arrived not in time to give for Christmas inspite of ordering on 4th December- when they arrived 1 was totally incorrect and all packaging on EVERY ITEM completely destroyed so couldn’t give anyway. Absolutely appalling company.

I asked for a refund because I never received the delivery. I had to buy my granddaughter another gift. By the time they responded to my email requesting a refund, they said they would send another. I did not want a gift after Christmas what’s the point in that, I just wanted a refund, which I still haven’t received. Stay clear of this company. Disgusting customer service.

I have never written a negative review before, but product took a long time to come and when received, they sent 2 baby rompers instead of 1,and having a great hassle to return and they refuse to pay carriage.
I won't be shopping here again!
