No instructions with the product I purchased even though they had a photo of the instructions in the product bag. When I wrote to ask for the advertised instructions I was told there weren't any and if I used my imagination I might surprise myself and figure out how to use the product myself. The email was so condescending and patronising. I had ordered a present for my 4 year old nephew and only wanted what was advertised on their website. Also I searched for the product online and found them on Alibarbar for £5.99, I paid nearly £30 on My Little Darling for the same product! Do not waste your money on anything from this rip off company!!!

Scam - delivery never arrived - no tracking number or courier information. Lost money. Lesson learned - buy local always

I have emailed for the last seven days. No tracking numbers for gift bought for grandson ordered on 10 th December 2025 nothing over £30 just keep putting forward to Pay Pal they re just as well took my money no goods no tracking number no goal post or basket ball net what a carry on AVOID at all costs here I go will I ever get a refund just do not order terrible.

Absolutely shocking. A toy ordered on 2 December has not arrived despite the company tracking suggesting it came yesterday. There is no phone number and an email just gets a useless auto response that sends you round in circles. I’ve had to go out and purchase another toy so my grandson has a present to open on Christmas Day. Avoid this company.

The present for my grandson never turned up- despite it being ordered 3 weeks ago and promises and many messages that it was about to be delivered. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on the 8th Dec

Tracked the order this morning and its moved from 19 - 23rd to between 22 - 28th Dec.

Customer Services did not respond to emails, and site still had ordering problem where clicking for a discount added the item again (at the reduced price). Items took longer to arrive than advertised. Shoddy boxes with only pictorial assembly and SAFETY instructions, unless you can read Chinese. Link on a follow up email from the company incentivising feedback (win your order money back) didn't work .... I was not surprised!

Don’t walk away from this company ….RUN!

Have you ever seen a business with 74% one star reviews. I made the mistake of not checking Trustpilot before placing my order. Dot you do the same.

Ordered the Magic Car City Transport toy for my twin grandsons. This picture shows a large transport truck with heavy machinery toys that go inside. The image shows the toys next to and being held by a child upon which I gauged the size of the item. The heavy machinery toys are matchbox size and the transport vehicle is about one tenth the size of their illustration. I cannot give this to my grandsons. Total scam. Really disappointed.

Ordered pyjamas ten days out and now been told they will be there after Christmas. Never ever order from here. Disgraceful

please avoid this company they are rogue take extra money off you and the products are from china cheap crap them if you want to send it back you have to pay customs as well as courier customer service is shocking worst company ever avoid avoid

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The 10% discount didn’t work, they say they can apply it to my account, but I will never buy anything from this company again. The item (for my grandson for Christmas) is due to be delivered between 25 and 28 December, which of course is no good. Probably still on a slow boat from China.

My Grandson loves his gift. It was exactly as pictured and he loves playing with it. He has spent many happy hours with it. I would highly recommend this company and will be buying again.

Do not buy from here. What arrived was not what I had expected from the details, its plastic and not suitable for the age... Packaging damaged and toy sticking out of box. Have tried to request a complete refund but excuse after excuse to offering a refund. THEN they sent an address in Netherlands which I have to pay to return. I should have read the reviews before making the purchase.

Ordered 28th November, arrived 19th December after I complained by parcel force 48 in dented crushed box. Item were not worth the money I paid, plastic assembly toy, not quality product. Lot smaller than the picture. Box was crushed on one corner as made of thin cardboard. Feel let down and annoyed I spent so much money on a cheap plastic toy.

Don't buy from here. The products are poor quality, nothing like the pictures. I'm so disappointed 😞 what a huge waste of money and time waiting for them to arrive.

I purchased two items for our granddaughter as Christmas presents. Purchased early November. It said 6-10 days delivery. 3 weeks later one item arrived, and I am still in dispute with them about the other item. They are now not responding to my emails so I’m now contacting my own bank to get my money back. Zero customer service, absolute disgrace of a company. Now panic buying Christmas presents.

Why didn’t I check trust pilot. Came in a brown box with chinese writing on it and basically plastic rubbish I won’t be a refund it’s that sort of company I’ll bin and learn my lesson. Not as pictured.

Total scam company. I ordered something on December 2nd and it’s yet to arrive , with no reply on an updated status.
