Ordered on 25th Nov, delivery date changed twice. Latest date is for it to arrive today. I don't think it will. No contact number, only email. Do NOT buy from here!

Ordered a baby sling 30th November and still waiting for it to come. Had an email to say it would be here 3 days ago, latest! I’m very very disappointed.

I'm so scam savvy, but these people got me! Ordered the wireless heating pad which arrived after 2 weeks. Definitely not as described. It's crap. It is sold as a rechargeable heating pad. The description says "just charge". Well, no, that's not how it works. You have to fill it with water from a bottle first!!! The funnel and cap fitting are not compatible with UK bottles so I can't fill it with water. Even if I could, the charger is not a UK fitting either. Returning for a refund will cost me half of what I paid. Hoping to get something of better quality in my Christmas cracker. Hope your Christmas is as sh*t as your products.

Update:
With much adaptation of a sqeezee bottle and a continental plug, an hour later we had managed to fill and heat it. It's just a very complicated hot water bottle. So pointless! It has to be charged by a mains cable so you can't heat it if you are on a beach or up a mountain. If you have a mains supply, just boil a bloody kettle and fill an ordinary rubber bottle.

Ordered two toys from this company for grandson's Xmas. Ordered in plenty of time. Was told it would be between 6-10 days. On the tenth day have just been informed it will be another week. Now getting emails about paying duty. Having read the awful reviews I have no fairh in the toys arriving but will update if I am wrong.

I always check trustpilot but I slipped up here! It arrived today, I’d be too embarrassed to give it to my 2 year old grandson, a cheap bit of plastic, just awful!!! The reviews are all true, do not buy from this company

After realising this was a scam I tried to cancel my order after 12 hours thinking I was still in cooling off period. However I was informed 2 days later that it had been dispatched and I could return it. This I know will be at my own expense and I won’t get a full refund either. Buyers beware!!

Oh dear, I still haven't received the boots I ordered for my grandson weeks ago. Little children's feet grow quite quickly and I'm afraid that the boots will be too small and that the season will be over by the time they arrive--if they ever arrive! I've been refused a refund.

Ordered plastic building blocks for my granddaughter which when they arrived were nothing like the picture and some were damaged and made in China. When I asked for a refund was offered 20% refund which I refused. To return the goods I would have to pay postage and customs duty. Have now accepted 30% refund. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Please don't order from them.

Please dont be tempted to buy from here. I was caught out last year. Its a complete scam. Broken toy in a battered box and when sent back to the address it came from, i was told it was the wrong address with a picture of it in the corner if a room somewhere. Found the address they gave me with the promise of refund but had to pay to return. No refund. The toy found its way back to me in about february. I threw it away to avoid it being sent to someone else and put it down to experience. Paying with paypal was no protection in this case.

Order a baby carrier on the 12/11/2025. Gave me a delivery date range of 24/11/2025 - 27/11/2025 and still waiting.
Checked my order, it has now been delayed and new delivery date is between 27/11/2025 - 3/12/
Shockingly bad dispatch and delivery times. Avoid this company!

I ordered on 14th November saying 1 to 3 days delivery. Still waiting. Definitely give them a miss. Not to be trusted

I ordered an item which was unsatisfactory. When I contacted the company for a return they offered me 20% of the original price or I could return at my own cost and then receive refund. O opted for the latter, paid £12 in postage fees only to have the item returned to me as 'undeliverable'.
Company now offering me 30% refund of original price.
DO NOT BUY from here. Might have UK on their website address but are actually based in Europe.

This company looks lovely but all it's doing is taking cheap Chinese stuff, changing the images using Ai (have a look closely) and then selling at 3 times the price.

Terrible. They are selling english items to teach children english that aren't spelled correctly. They spelt badger- bader. I asked for help for the words they used to remove them and they refused to answers. Don't sell english language toys when you dont know the english language yourself.. waste of money.

The product was exactly how it looked in the picture and the communication with the team members during process of my order were very easy and constant. Very very happy with the product and satisfied, fast delivery and very good customer service and quality. Will recommend to others in future and looking forward to buy more in future from you guys.

I also clicked on twice thinking I had extra discount but in fact I ordered the same item again.
"Hannah" states this has been corrected but I won't know until I get my next credit card statement.
Also I have been unable to track the package which is

Avoid at all cost. 4 weeks for shipping then the quality of the product was shocking. Based out of China and not uk or Netherlands as advertised.

This company is a fraud. I didn’t think to review on trust pilot first as they had the logo and five star reviews on their website. They also state that they are European based but the toys come from China. Arrived in a battered box, much smaller and flimsier than advertised and at a price point of 66€ when in reality it probably is worth about 10€ max. Never again.

2nd UPDATE AFTER company response. I have contacted you but still no instructions. All would be solved if you included printed instructions within the box. Though this doesn't help with missing pieces which include the driver

UPDATE - we had a go at putting it together with no instructions. Not good as pieces missing it seems. It's possible some fell out of the box. The stickers included are not for this item. Some bits of the small vehicles won't stay on. A disappointed grandson. So I've adjusted my rating.

'My Little Darling' Truck Engineering Scene arrived, in a slightly battered box, for my grandson's birthday. We checked it out for the big day and found no instructions included. I've searched on the internet and their website but can't find anything. It's his birthday and I'd love to know how to put it together with him so if anyone has as set of instructions than I'd very much appreciate you letting me know. I've been in touch with MLD and had an acknowledgement but nothing else.
