Misleading information on the status of the parcel.

On the 28.04.2017 they tried to deliver the parcel to my address and left the card. I've arranged on their website to go to their depot and collect it next day in person. Next day I check the status of the parcel in the morning and I found that it's supposed to be delivered between 7.49am and 8.49am although I'd rearranged for the collection. Obviously the courier didn't show up. Contacted Uk mail to find that my parcel was at the depot in the end. This was misleading and annoying. You draw the conclusion.

I received a card saying that my parcel …

I received a card saying that my parcel would be delivered the next working day. I did not receive my parcel. I went on to UK Mail's track changes page. Said it had been delivered and signed for - by someone I have never heard of/don't know. Have used UK Mail's online contact page several times now with my complaint - ie where is my parcel? - but they keep emailing me saying my case has been closed. Eh?

before you leave a review this is NOT uk mail trustpilot review page.

just to let you all know this is not the official uk mail review page. the real one is the one with their details on it. ie. phone number (that dont work) email etc. all the honest reviews about poor service are coming here and the real trustpilot page is getting all the good reviews. probably another ploy used by uk mail. also be aware that you can leave a review on both pages.
if you have ever had a parcel not turn up with these guys no calling card but an apparent attempted delivery the truth of the matter is the driver did not attempt to deliver it for whatever reason usually due to the fact that they cant find your address or ran out of time. that would be fair enough for most people if uk mail were HONEST about it.
uk mail do not believe in being honest about this though, they will fabricate the truth they will shift the blame onto the customer and take no responsibility. they will anger and frustrate you and basically call you a liar they they will do this when they are fully aware of the reasons you did not get your parcel and it was down to them. they will do this and then make it impossible for you to communicate with them.
unfortunatly uk mail seem to be unaware that honesty and good customer service goes a long way - it is what gets and keeps customers
THE REAL UK MAIL TRUSTPILOT PAGE IS HERE trustpilot page uk mail.com

Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Get a text saying my parcel will be delivered on Thursday so take the day off work. No parcel but a message saying I missed the delivery. I have no more days I can take off so tried to contact them to change my address to my work address, impossible! You can't speak to anyone over the phone and all your emails are just ignored, can't collect from depo as nearly 30 Miles away. Product a cancelled!!!!!

I have never in my life written a bad …

I have never in my life written a bad review online. I'm always optimistic that most people are doing their best and sometimes things don't always go to plan, I'm flexible. However this is NOT so with UK Mail. Seriously though they do come first in some things.. winning the award for the worst customer experience I've encountered in my life so far.

The debacle began when I was at home on the day of initial delivery. Not wanting to miss the parcel I kept refreshing the tracker page (with estimated time) and had the garden gate open so I could see them. Then, I got a 'sorry we missed you' notice suddenly announced on email whilst I was refreshing the tracker?? how could this be? Who were they delivering to? And where was the 'sorry we missed you note' they said they'd put through the door?? there wasn't one?? thinking they must have left it accidentally next door (which may have been an easy mistake to make I reasoned) I phoned the neighbour, but they too had not received any such note.

How had this invisible deliverer sent the invisible note? I needed some clarity and help. And this is where it ALL turned from a mystery.. to a 2 day hell experience wall of SILENCE.

I could at no point speak to a human no matter what I did!! all the phone lines are all automated and you will never get to speak to someone. I emailed many times to keep getting a 'case closed' response?? how can the case be closed when no one answers the problem? Being the weekend I was shown on the tracker that my parcel was no re-assigned to be delivered on monday so I took the day off work to wait in this time, with notes plastered to the gate so there could be NO mistakes.

Delivery attempt 2. patiently I waited for the next working day to get my parcel, having had absolutely NO response to any of my messages via email and text I resorted to twitter first thing in the morning as I was told there were people on line here right now to help you. I wrote and asked please can they make sure it IS Coming today. Nothing, no response to dm or twitter responses.. and there were many!!!

The tracker showed delivery time due so I waited.

Guess what, no parcel arrived YET again and on refreshing the tracker it suddenly said it was no longer being delivered but at the depot some 30 miles away!!! why I have no frickin clue! What happened in the warped illogical universe that is UK Mail that caused this to suddenly change? Perhaps at a guess, that it never left said frickin depot in the first place?!

I had to phone affordable mobiles to attempt to sort this out having had no contact from UK Mail themselves. I now have to take tomorrow off work in the morning to get the delivery. Whether it turns up will be yet another adventure in the life wasting gamble which is UK Mail delivery and is anyone's guess.

I will actually now not use a company again that deals with UK Mail as it has cost me dearly in time and lost working hours.

Oh, and right now I have still had NO human response from phone, twitter, text, email or contact forms. Just expected banal automated response (if you're lucky to even get that)

I'd recommend this company if you like to entertain your precious living hours with a game of hide and seek or 'guess if the parcel will turn up or not'. You we would better consulting a tarot reader to find out where your parcel actually is! at least you will get to speak to a real human being. If you want to actually get on with your life and not leave the fate of your delivery in the lap of the gods I would recommend using an efficient, friendly human based company like UPS, DPD or just even the good old royal mail and not this one.

Huge fail and I can see from the stream of twitter sufferers that I'm not alone in this nightmare. How they are still running is the real mystery.

I write this so that people can see the real risk of this company and also to offer my sympathy if you've been on the end of the wall of silent incompetence that is UK Mail. I am rooting for you to one day, like myself, get your parcel too.

Totally incompetent - avoid MY U.K.-mail if you can

Awful company... customer service is non-existent. Ive updated my redelivery preferences online several times and they totally ignore them. It's pointless. You're directed to automated options when you call them to resolve the issue and the phone cuts off at the end of each option!

They were used to deliver an order I placed for Ted Baker. Ted Baker - please use ANY other company. I will not be using any shop who delivers through this company again. I'm not pushed to write reviews but these guys a totally incompetent cowboys!

Shocking

Shocking - couldn't find my house using the postcode, no 'human' to help on the help line, closed all questions via the website - when the items were delivered the driver threw them over the fence. I will never use them again & they are supposed to be part of the DHL group.

The worst delivery company I have ever experienced

The worst delivery company I have ever experienced.
Firstly UK Mail apparently attempted to delivery my parcel towards the end of my alloted time slot, but I waited in during the time frame and was able to watch for anyone coming to my apartment; nobody did!

I then contacted UKMail via their online contact form and changed the delivery time also asking if the delivery driver could phone or text me when he arrived next time - in their reply this was agreed. This delivery was apparently also attempted and I didn't recieve a phonecall or text as arranged.

I then contacted customer support again via the online route and couldn't submit the form, as the consignment number was showing up as invalid! this prevented me from making any contact with UK Mail with regards to my parcel delivery. I then contacted the none parcel customer care option, and got a reply stating that I should call them on 02476 937770 and speak to someone who could help me. I tried calling this number, and it is an automated service which cuts you off at the end of each option. I tried them all!

At this point I had had enough. I contacted the merchant and cancelled my order, they were great and said that they had contacted UK Mail and recalled the parcel. That was 4 days ago, I am still getting delivery notices from UK Mail telling me that they will deliver at a certain time slot......I looked at sending them a note to tell them that the merchant had recalled this order, and low and behold, the consighnment number is still not recognised on their system. So there is absolutely no way to deal with these people...its the worst system and service I have ever experienced, and as a result. I cancelled 2 other orders from different merchants who were going to send my parcels via this Service. I will avoid these guys at all costs!

Now I phone up the merchant and ask them who they use for delivery!

The worst I have ever known

If they improved 100% they would merely be useless. Customers please note:- before I buy anything on-line I will be checking that you do not use UK Mail - if you do - no business from me. The automated system lies, the telephone number gives you no access to humans - and it lies, the contact forms which you fill in get closed for no apparent reason (other than to make the call centre hit targets I assume) and produce no useful effect at all. The world would be a better place if they simply admitted they are useless and shut down.

Do not deal with this courier. Zero stars

They have left cards when someone at home. They can't deliver to a neighbour when requested. They are costing my business time and money. As self employed time is money and I can't get the parts for clients jobs delivered. Really useless and I will be checking in future and not dealing with any company that uses these delivery idiots.

Worst delivery service!

My parcel was mishandled and lost several times which required me to get a product replacement which yet to be delivered after 2 week after giving me an several date and time of the expected delivery, which is subsequently cancelled and rearranged without my permission or knowledge, in which this process repeats and thus making an cycle of delayed deliveries. To make it worse, they do not reply to your enquiries

NO PARCEL

I was left a card by UK MAIL ( ipost parcels ) without a contact telephone number, not being an internet user I have had to ask the young neighbour down the road for help.
My other neighbour did offer to take the item from the driver & was informed it wasn't possible, she is 80 yrs of age an ex headmistress so carries a lot of local respect & is not at all untrustworthy, it would appear that the driver didn't agree & would not leave the item.
Surely for people who don't have the use of a computer a contact number would be most useful so contact with the relevant office / depot can be made, I am not too happy with the problems this little card has caused. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Biggest sack of frustrating excrement I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with

Parcel delivery is easy.

UK Mail make it difficult beyond belief.

I have physically punched masonry through having to deal with this bunch of absolute clowns and their nonsensical customer phone line. That Scottish voice is seared in my brain every time she says goodbye after not agreeing with my inputs. Laughable. DHL, do yourselves a massive favour and jettison this disgraceful waste of oxygen and infrastructure into receivership along with every useless muppet who works for them.

Hopeless

Truly hopeless. They said delivery would be on Monday, but tried to deliver it on Friday. Nobody in - so I used their website to change delivery to leave with a neighbour. Got home to find a "You weren't in" card. Monday comes around and i go back to their site and ask to leave with a neighbour. Get home to find a "You weren't in" card. Go back to their site today and ask them to leave it on the doorstep (item was only 15 quid and i can't be bothered with the hassle0. Website made me print a disclaimer and leave it on the doorstep. Website said that would happen but got home to an email saying they won't take any further instructions from me and to consult with the vendor. Utterly hopeless and I'll be ensuring any further purchases I make online use any other delivery company except this one.

Worse UK Mail company-ever

I have waited 10 days for an important parcel to arrive and am still waiting. The promised next day delivery (as printed on the calling card) never happened. I arranged online for the parcel to be left with a neighbour. After following the progress online and 3 failed delivery attempts, I finally called the customer number and eventually spoke to a human who assured me on Wednesday that the parcel would be with me today (Friday). I rang today to check that the driver was on his/her way and was informed that the driver apparently had just left my property (although I'd been at home all day and there wasn't a calling card in sight). They then promised it would be delivered after 4 pm on the same day. However, when I followed up at 4: 30 pm, the parcel was already back at the Croydon depot and the driver had clocked off work for the day. Absolutely ridiculous- please do not use this inefficient, incompetent so-called delivery company-UK FAIL!!!

Astoundingly, unbelievably awful

I've been trying to get my parcel for the past 9 days already. I keep getting text messages that a delivery was attempted, all lies. I've been home every single day, received packages from other companies all through the week, yet, somehow it's UK Mail's driver ONLY that I managed to miss everything. And to prove it's all a load of bullocks that they tried delivering, no call card was left, not once.

You can't reach them by phone, only email on their website, and you can't reply to the email. It's so frustrating. I don't know how a company like this is allowed to operate.
