MY Uk-mail 

Was informed by text that driver had attempted to deliver parcel but was unable so left card. I was in and so was my dog that unfortunately barks at every footstep towards the door. Neither I nor my dog heard the driver so am I to believe that he didn't fancy an early end to the round and that he did completely go to the wrong address as explained by customer services. My parcel is now meant to be delivered tomorrow. Will he find my house this time only it is number 7 between numbers 5 and 9? Even though he did not leave the card at either 5 or 9. It is a shame as the item was posted quickly by the company and now the courier they choose to use will make me think twice to use them again.

Do not use this company, I waited in all day for my parcel they didn't turn up received email stating it will be delivered the next day, so i waited in again the next day and noticed that the delivery driver parked at the top of my driveway got out went to the cow barn and got back in the van and drove off, again without my parcel, tried numerous times to contact you can't get to speak to anyone with the telephone number that they quote! Complete joke, hence to say I'm still waiting

Similar to everyone i have read just awful customer service. Repeatable told that the delivery will be rearranged after attempted delivery to the wrong address. Parcel kept being left at the depot and then, eventually, sent back to Apple!

Can't get through to anyone on the automated customer care line. Use this one 02476937777. Rung DHL (sister company) to get that number. Goes through to client department and they can put you through to someone.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with as they don't notify you when your delivery will be made only through tracking online who. May be too late then
I had a first attempt failed no one home yet they never checked the neighbours either so waste one the rearranged online for next day this time. Checked time slot missed by five minutes getting home. From work driver didn't even check neighbour but was in as car on drive this was recorded on our cctv and shows the driver spending 30 seconds on drive then pushing blank note through the letter box and driving off to make matters worse i phoned this waste of a company and told driver would try later and call me but nothing from Them till I phoned again at six to be told depot closed and can't collect till next day jokers absolute waste of time never again

All the recent deliveries were as notified in their text messaging service with a follow up message if there was going to be a delay. The local driver here in Cambridge is always polite and I can't remember the last damaged consignment or lost parcel.

Unable to use number on a card put through the letterbox. No warning of delivery or redelivery. Yodel and ups are miles better

The same story as everyone else. No customer service. Just lies and evasiveness. And it's all deliberate. Avoid.

I waited in last Thursday morning for a delivery from UKMAIL.
They informed me by text that the phone had been delivered by the driver and that I had signed for it.
This is a lie and I have had to spend the last few days trying to find out what has happened. I have been treated like a criminal by mobile phone direct. I have had to file a police crime report. Write a letter of the incident and send it a photo of this letter to MPD with my signature. I have had to cancel my direct debit with 3. I have had to get the series number of the phone, sim and the phone number to report to three that it has been stolen! I have emailed UKMAIL direct on there internal email via there website. In fact it has been a complete nightmare! I note that on googling undelivered mobile from UKMAIL that this is an ongoing thing and that many thefts have occurred. I'm sick to the back teeth of trying to get a response from Mobile phone direct, UKMAIL and 3 mobile!
Do not use any of these companies, they're crooks !

Awful company, no way to talk to a human. no delivery received, no customer service at all. raised an email complaint which was closed with no actual action being taken. So angry.

Parcel was delivered before 8am
The driver rang on the bell and emediately began banging very loudly on the door even though I have politely asked him not to do so in the past, I signed for the package and asked him to put it on the floor and he dropped it almost on my toe, he laughed and as he walked away jokingly asked if it were fragile, I will not order from any company before checking they do not use UK mail from now on

absolute waste of time, non delievery my neighbour waited in two days running, he and I are liars, apparently. avoid at all costs

This company is useless. How can you have a customer care number that is a machine with two options that just tells you what you already know? If you have a problem you are stuffed. Emails are just ignored so now I am in the position of having no parcel and no way of contacting them to sort out what has happened. How the hell can a company be run like this?

Took the day off to make sure I received my parcel. Mistake ! They claimed to have called, lie, went to their yard waited 25 minutes to get my parcel, noticed the sign above the door, WE DELIVER fantasy , public collect as UK MAIL can not be bothered !

Shockingly poor customer service, they lie through their teeth. Don't use these shysters if you want to see your stuff again. They don't give a toss.

No communication, they ignore emails - No other form of contact.
A 24 hour delivery took 8 days!! Hopeless tracking.
An absolute disgrace to call themselves couriers!

Worse courier company - I orders mobile phone from mobile phone direct. First they really make my days worse and now there delivery company uk mail. It's been over 10 days but still no sign of delivery.

They will not come to ur address but you will receive email sorry we miss you . This company is completely full of liars and surprisingly local council is doing nothing to stop this fradualent business.

This company is fraud

Ordered a battery that was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, it didn't arrive, nor Wednesday, nor Thursday. I made a complaint and the next day received a completion notification , but nothing had been done to resolve the matter nor an explanation or apology given. Disgraceful .

Was told they would deliver within a 1 hour time frame. That came and went. Received email to say parcel would be delayed. Never arrived. Later tracked it to say they attempted delivery - they didn't!! Next day they say they can't deliver AGAIN due to access issues - there's a road closure half a mile away with a clear diversion in place. Our Company and others on our industrial park have received numerous other deliveries from other couriers without an issue. Absolute disgrace! Do not use and hope none of your parcels are ever sent via them!

I was waiting for my parcel to come as they said it will be here between 10:56 & 11:56 I saw an un named van pull up further down the street. Saw the delivery man walk into that building then go back to his van and drive off. Then I got an email saying sorry we missed you. No! You didn't even go to the right address. I try to phone them but took me to automated service. Do not like the delivery company and would advise anyone not to use them. They're unreliable and stupid. This got me real mad. It was a Christmas present for someone who is in Birmingham for a couple of days now I have to wait for them to drop it back to me. They might even get the address wrong again. RIDICULOUS!!

Paid £7 for next day delivery and after 2 days still nothing. Apparently driver came both days but couldn't find my house and didn't think to call me or ask in the post office 100 yards from my house. I received 2 parcels delivered by other companies and who didn't seem to have any problem finding us so what's goods a delivery company who don't know how to find addresses.
