Absolute amatures

Get on email to say it will be delivered today, click on the link, link says out for delivery (with yesterday's date) then gives me slot for today's date to be delivered, allotted time expired, note on the tracking that "running late", nothing turned up, phoned supplier, they were inforlmed that they attempted to make delivery 2 days in a row, each time no one was available to collect delivery, bloody lying idiots, someone was in all day for the last 3 days. Should have asked Santa and his elves to make the delivery, at least it would have got delivered. Avoid these clowns if you don't won't to ruin your business

Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right

Caught between UKmail and Ted Baker, each competing for who can offer the worst service. Parcel apparently dispatched 12 days ago, can't be traced as UKmail website doesn't recognise the consignment number. And that's the end of it as far as they're concerned:there is no means of contacting anyone to get help with this one.

Appalling!!

They told me they would deliver on Monday,it didn't arrive. When I went online to track the parcel, they said I had rearranged delivery for the Tuesday which I most definitely did not!!! I then tracked it on Tuesday and again it said it was out for delivery.I waited in all day for the second day running for it not to arrive again! On Wednesday(today) it said out for delivery, yet again, and would reach me by 15.11, it hasn't.I phoned earlier to complain but couldnt talk to anyone, all automated so instead I emailed to be told the driver is out for delivery but cant access my flat.Well its no wonder cos I dont live in one!!!!!! Absolutely awful service.Ive also alerted Marks and Spencers who I have ordered the parcel from. Not marks and spencers fault but wont be ordering online from them again, shame!

Where are the humans??

They attempted delivery but I wasn't in. I went online to pick the option of collecting from depot another day. So far so good. A few mins later I got a text saying they will be delivering much later than the time I had picked to collect! I wanted to collect as then I could go on to do my Christmas shopping but now it means I must stay in and wait for the delivery. Their phone options are rubbish and no human option is available. I dare not go to the depot in case they deliver whilst I'm en route to them. I stand to lose a Christmas shopping day due to this rubbish company! Do not use them.

Frustratingly bad.

My parcel was supposed to arrive on the Tuesday, I awoke at 8am to an Email saying my parcel was on the way, all good then. No!

The parcel didn't arrive and at 2pm I got a message saying I'd rearranged the delivery date, which I certainly hadn't. I awoke at the same time on the Wednesday (Week off work by the way, so really would have appreciated a lie in) this time it said that the parcel was still in the delivery depot, I wasn't to worried but thought I'd better get in touch with them as I didn't want to be waiting around the house for no reason.. There is no phone number that goes through to a human, just an automated service which is only useful if you'd like 1 of the 3 answers on offer, anything else and you're f****d, so instead I sent an Email, Facebook message and Twitter DM. 4 hours later I received a reply to the DM saying my delivery had not gone out, that they had spoken to the driver and made it categorically clear that the delivery must arrive the following day, before 12 midday...

Well it's 2pm Friday and still no sign, also no word back from the latest onslaught of messages I've sent there way. What really infuriates me about this company is that they know they're poor, so instead of finding ways to improve they've restructured there system to avoid having to deal with any complaints or criticism. Plus, it's not as if any of us chose to use them, they obviously offer them selves to companies at such a low rate that they're impossible to refuse.

So I'll wait for my parcel, which I'm starting to accept may never come, I'll b***h on to anyone who'll listen, I'll keep sending messages across but in the end my life is in their hands, they have my parcel, I want my parcel, so I'll wait. B******s.

Just lies

Delivery driver claimed he attempted delivery but never called and left no card. Depot insists he left card. I can only assume in a bin our out of the van window.

Absolutely useless - avoid

Worst delivery experience ever. They kept saying they had attemptef delivery and left a card each time. We had no attempted delivery and no cards. Raised 2 complaints about this and they closed both complaints with no explanation at all. On the 4th delivery attempt they said they tried to leave it with my neighbours at number 13. Slight problem, there is no number 13 in our street! On the 5th sttempt , 11 days after dispatch we got the parcel. Rubbish service and customer service is a joke.

Unacceptable & Appalling (not deserved to be called a "service", more of a torture)

This is the second time I have a delivery with UK Mail, the same happened with my first experience. Told it will be delivered on a certain day (I arranged a work from home day), received an update that it was delayed, waited and waited - nothing came. Called customer experience and driver claimed no one was in! (I have stayed in my pyjama all day!) Arranged another day for re-deliver the same happened, called up and the driver said he has incomplete address - total lie. Took more than 4 attempts to deliver, and hours on the phone telling them that my address exist, just use google map!

Avoid this company!!!
I ordered through a dell company which sent my order through the UK Mail. My delivery should have arrived yesterday, but it didn't, and then again today. They sent me an email Sorry we missed you, but nobody was on my door. No card left... Today I was waiting and watching the street, nobody came.
How somebody dare to say we missed you without coming at all??!!
Yesterday I was calling the phone line, because I thought that a delivery guy missed my door, but not a card left even with my neighbor. And just to get through an operator, literally took me 8 phone calls, of course they are not free. 8 times because the machine is catastrophic... you have to put a reference number and #, but the line do it by itself and if it's wrong the line drops. Also it drops just by it self...like thank you for your phone call, without my wish to hang up. Finally, I was told that somebody will contact, but they didn't. Yesterday, it didn't seems important, but today gives a complete picture of the company.
If you can, avoid!!!!!

Just added...

Their respond on my complain...
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting UK Mail.
We are pleased to confirm that your case has now been closed.

They are pleased! Can you believe that!? Without dealing with a problem, they just close it.
I provide them with a further data, so will see if something will happen.

The company is a joke!

Completely impossible to get them on the phone today. No update on their page, so I can't even rearrange delivery or go to the depot and collect it by myself.

Poor

Because of the crap service at UK Mail I'll check who the delivery company are before placing an order online. Poor customer service, premium rate landline number, don't deliver at weekends and poor communication, that's how I would sum up UK mail.
Just look at the reviews so many customers can't be wrong.

Job done

First time I ordered from ASOS and opted for next day evening delivery as I ordered trainers as a birthday gift which I wanted as soon as. Delivery time slot 6-10pm. As I sat waiting for delivery I decided to do a quick check of reviews for the company and was getting very disheartened after seeing all the negative reviews. However as I carried on reading the reviews, at 5.55pm doorbell goes and thankfully it was the delivery. What a relief!!! Only issue was the trainer box was damaged. I have trainers delivered by Yodel very frequently and never had a damaged box so not sure whether to blame ASOS or UK Mail, but as I got my parcel on time I am happy.

Unreliable at the very least!

The only thing I would entrust UK Mail for is to shave the hair from my smelly crack and sack. Totally unreliable, unorganised when it comes to meeting the needs of customers like me. Bet I ain't the only disgruntled person to review them. Go on UK Mail! Take a deep inhale of that putrid gas emitted from my rear end! Bet that'll teach you the rules of customer satisfaction!

Totally usless

We were told delivery Friday, that a time slot would be sent . No time slot or delivery turned up.. Then today, Monday, no time slot but we found on there web site it was out for delivery, Friday!
Now they say no matter that other delivery firms have no problem that they were unable to find us. Its near impossible to contact them.

Utter rubbish

This company belongs in the 1970's. Obviously the digital era hasn't reached them yet. I probably agree with every comment. No communication, lying, no contact details. Never turning up . Even after m&s spoke to them.
M&s you have to ditch this company no wonder you are struggling with sales. We will no longer order on line until you change delivery partner.

Terrible!

I ordered a big travel rucksack and this was the company to deliver it. I was told when to expect the delivery and I decided to stay in for the whole afternoon just to make sure I was there. I then got an email saying they tried to deliver it at 12.10pm but no one was in- I was home but heard no knock or anything on the front door. I gave instructions to leave it with a neighbour but they did not! I changed the delivery day and it happened again. Absolutely awful. I don't know when I will be able to get my parcel. Maybe I should just wait outside my front door all day and grab it when they arrive!

Poor

Orded £120 worth of clothes from asos for evening next day delivery between 6-10, my clothes were delivered however they were delivered to a diffferent house a few streets down even though I gave them my street name and house number, and someone signed for it I eventually claimed my clothes from going around knocking on my neighbours house, this is unacceptable, would not recommend this to anyone I could of lost 120 pounds!!
