Elegant looking timepiece
Watch is beautiful. Only reason I almost gave four vs five stars was the shipping time. It was over a month for the watch to arrive but the customer service was responsive and gave me updates whenever I reached out. The tracking for USPS got screwed up but I can’t lay that on Watch Mod. I’d buy another watch from them for sure. Elegant enough to wear to any occasion but priced where it won’t kill you to get a scuff or scratch on it.
Tools provided made the strap adjustment pretty easy although I think one of the screw threads broke off inside the receiver part of the link as it was installed so tight and snapped as I had to use a lot of force to loosen it. The clasp’s fine adjustment made it the perfect size.

Very please with the purchase
Saw the ads via Instagram and gave it a try. Modded a Seitona to my liking, and it arrived about a month later. It looks incredible. Very classy, clean, and spot on. To think this was available! Mind blowned add on top, I bought it during the Christmas special, which was even more enticing! Will definitely buy more in the future! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Time piece
The watch i designed took longer than expected. One recited i can say that my wife loves it. Well constructed and beautiful on her as a dress watch. She is a smartwatch gal but trying to convert her to other options.
I think had the expectations been set i would give them 5 stars

I had an issue and they handled it!
I ordered 3 watches, It took 4 weeks to get them and yes I was impatient and emailed several times. They always emailed back in a timely manor.When they arrived 2 were exactly as ordered but one had the wrong band so I emailed them once again and explained the situation then they did the right thing by offering to correct the problem. By the way do not second guess yourself these watches really are awesome!

Great product worth more than what I paid.
First, let me say that the watches that I ordered are extremely nice and very well made for the price. I have many high end watches and these give them a run for their money. I stopped into my local watch dealer yesterday with my Seiko oak watch on and they were surprised that I got a new AP Royal Oak. I knew it looked great but it fooled them until I took it off and showed them the Seiko logo.
I ordered prior to Christmas so I had some issues with the customs taking a while but I finally got them delivered. The customer service was great helping me figure out where the watches were in the shipping process.
I will definitely purchase several more in the future.

The order experience seemed clunky
The order experience seemed clunky, the communication of what to expect and when to expect the watch were not clear.
I expected to get my watch in 20 days or less - this was a gift for an important milestone and the watch arrived late. The "goodies" included was nothing more than a coupon to buy another watch, really??? Overall the quality of the watch is good, not great.. I think the band could be a bit better, it feels hollow.

Failure to Honor Custom Watch Purchase
Updated Review: 13 Feb 2026 Correct Watch Arrived.
I initially had a very poor experience with Watch Mod. My custom watch, ordered on 7 December 2025 with advertised pre‑Christmas delivery, arrived late and was not built to the specifications I paid for. Early customer service responses lacked urgency and ownership, and the proposed remedies did not adequately address the issue.
After escalation, Watch Mod ultimately took responsibility and resolved the matter by delivering a correctly built replacement watch at no additional cost. The replacement matches the specifications of my original order, and I appreciate that the company followed through on the final resolution.
While the process took longer than it should have, I acknowledge the effort made to correct the mistake. Future customers should be aware that issues may require persistence, but Watch Mod did ultimately honor its commitment.
I ordered a custom watch (Order #26535) from Watch Mod on 7 December expecting delivery before Christmas as advertised; the watch did not arrive until January 8 and it was not the watch I paid for. Although Watch Mod acknowledged the error, their customer service; probably AI represented by “Jane” has shown a clear lack of urgency and ownership in correcting it. I was offered a $29 refund and told the incorrect unit performs the same functions as the item I paid for. That is unacceptable. Offering a to partial refund or to ship me the parts so I can arrange and pay for local installation shifts the burden to me the customer; I paid for a completed custom watch and expect the company to stand behind its advertising and product. This is the worst watch purchasing experience I have ever had; I have asked Watch Mod to resolve this promptly and I am considering reporting the matter to Consumer Reports, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Thank you for my watch. I got the Seiko Mod GMT that looks like the batman rolex with the Blue and Black Bezel with the blue GMT hand. I ordered my watch on Black Friday after Thanksgiving in 2025, and received my watch separately from the watch roll on January 9th of 2026.
The Good: I like the initial build quality. The look and feel of the watch on my wrist exceeded my expectations. The watch roll ajd sizing kit were also very nice. I also like the customization options for their watches and the website was easy to navigate both on a computer or the mobile phone web browser.
The Bad: The watch took longer than I expected; but I believe this may have been due to the Holiday's and time to ship from China. Also the watch band clasp wasn't what I was expecting, but I did get used to how to open an close the band after finding a YouTube Clip on this style of band. The band was not a traditional Seiko band clasp, but still looks and feels very nice.
Conclusion. I would rate this experience 4 1/2 stars and would consider purchasing again.
