When the watches arrived, they were great. The quality is great for the price.
However, it took over 6 weeks which exceeds all the numbers they share. Their customer support did respond and luckily the watches did arrive. Just be ready to wait.

Didn't like the inaccurate shipping info. When watches came 1 is perfect the other looks a little different then whats pictured on website. Thats the difference between a 4 and a 5. But overall happy w product.

Still not received
Still not received! Ordered on 13th December, told dispatched 17th December. Royalmail tracking still saying they haven't received from the sender! WatchMod saying it is making its way to Royalmail, but cannot/will not prove this. Haven't responded to my last email, asking for proof of their sending and tracking details of where the watch is. UPDATE: I have emailed the company several times before I wrote this reveiw. All i receive is holding responses saying that my order is moving through the international courier system, but zero proof is provided (when asked for several times) that this is true.

Don't Waste Your $$ or Time with this company
Good luck if you order from this company. I ordered ONE watch in late November, and I have received nothing. I received an email saying the watch had shipped on December 5th with a USPS tracking number but as of today it still says waiting to receive the item from shipper. I have sent numerous emails asking for specific details and every response is basically A.I. generated with a lot of words but absolutely no specific information. Here is an example:
"I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the continued delays, this is absolutely not the experience we want for you. I want to assure you that your order is genuinely in transit and is now nearing the final stage of scanning."
I had ChatGPT analyze my email correspondence and determined it was almost certainly A.I. It specifically mentioned how A.I. will make up technical sounding phrases when no answer is available such as "final stage of scanning" none of the major carriers use that terminology. Without a doubt their A.I. bot will be replying to me on this review with the same, nonspecific reply they have sent me numerous times. Even if the watch shows up, I will NEVER do business with them again.
Edit: Another A.I. reply just as I said they would. They want me to email them AGAIN. I have already emailed them over 10 times with the same results. I also got ANOTHER email from them with this: "I’ve reviewed the latest live tracking update on your shipment". This is my main point of contention and have been asking for. If they are able to review "live" tracking why is that tracking information NOT shared with the customer? Every other foreign company I have done business with does. This is a very shady business practice.
EDIT UPDATE: Jan 26, 2026. 52 days since I was told it shipped. Still won’t tell me where the watch is except that it is “nearing the final scan” which has been their reply the entire time. It what world does it take 52 plus days to deliver a small package. Nothing but a scam company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
EDIT UPDATE: Feb 1, 2026. 59 days since I was told it shipped. Received an email with this "What happened was an unexpected return of the package before it reached you". So all this time they have been telling me it was nearing the "final scan" and it was returned to them. I previously asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and was told they couldn't because it was already shipped. I asked them again when I saw this email but of course they couldn't.
On Feb 2, 2026 they sent me this: I’d like to reassure you that the reshipment is already being handled on an expedited timeline. This shipment is set up to move much faster than before, with an expected delivery timeframe of around 10 days. This means you will not be facing another extended wait like the one you previously experienced.
So according to this I should expect to see the watch about Feb 12. I will report back how this goes. Regardless of whether it shows up in 10 days or not, I will never spend another dime with this company.

Beware - poss scam
Purchased but tracking stuck with no scan having took place by shipping company (Royal Mail). Customer service is responsive but copy and paste replies. Was apparently sent 17th Dec with Royal Mail Tracked 48 but still has not arrived and embarrassingly missed the Christmas gift it was intended for. Beware. If you order - go in with your eyes wide open. The watch may or may not arrive. I can’t comment on quality as the watch has never been received and no refund as being told it’s still in transit. T&C state after 24 hours cannot cancel but only return for a refund. Sadly I have no watch to return. A very frustrating experience and it seems at this stage money is lost to what could be a scam.

The only reason not to give 4 stars is the fact that I had to wait more than 40 days to get my watches, rather than it being in few days, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

Im happy with my watch
Really pleased with the watch itself. The quality of the case and movement is great.
Its a shame that the delivery was so long. I waited 5 weeks I think it was in all.
Communication is quick, however, I was worried the responses to email was AI.
Notwithstanding that, this company feels like a small firm trying to provide the best service they can which is commendable. Delays such as shipping are out of their hands, so I cant mark them down for that really.

Communication is key and My watch mod certainly kept me updated throughout. Watch is very very nice but the rubber strap is a bit fiddly and after sending a message they responded with the instructions. Love the watch and service!
