I would leave zero stars if i could.
They send you poor quality watches that aren't even to the correct spec.
The watch strap fell apart on first opening and the watch had the wrong parts on it.
Then when you complain they take ages to get back to you and then come out with a lot of waffle.
They promise to pay for the return postage ( part) but this is expensive at over £20 from the UK to US.
When they get the watch back they then refuse to pay you back.

My three watches arrived today after over a month since ordering (but was expected as I live in Australia), I was sceptical when I bought them but after opening up the boxes and looking at the watches I was very surprised and impressed, Even the cases they came in was of good quality. Save Your Money / Not Worth It
After this company coming up on my feed on social media, I decided to give it a try. After placing an order for a premade watch and adding in a second band for $60 back in June, I received my order a couple of weeks later. The watch itself was just OK but the rubber band that I purchased for $60 was not in my order.  I immediately sent them an email inquiring about the rubber band and they told me they would have to. “investigate”. Well, about 10 emails later and five months later I finally received the watchband I had purchased back in June.

Poor communication/have not received order
I placed an order on before 21 October 2024 and within two days it said my order has been processed and was on its way to the shipper. And that’s where it stopped. The shipper never received it which is USPS a valid shipping number was created, but it was never shipped. It was a $600 order. I emailed and called the number multiple times. The number said it was temporarily unable to take my call and no one has responded to my emails. If my watch is arrive in a timely manner, I will happily change this post but as of the 30th of October no watches no response and it still says they’re with the company that’s supposed to deliver them to USPS Very dissatisfied so far. $600 is a lot of money in my world again if the watch show up, I will make another post.

I am happy with the watches I received.
I would however recommend that you supply two spare pins with rubber straps as when the pin is in the smallest setting it is less stable.
An extra pin in the outermost string provides more stability

Had an issue with logos not being put…
Had an issue with logos not being put on my watches. I spoke with Mona regarding this and still have emails. I thought we had resolved the issue by getting a discount on my next purchase. This did not happen and I was told I would have to send a video review of me with the watch to receive a 50% discount on my next watch. I don’t see how one relates to the other. The watches were great but how I was treated after making a legitimate complaint was very off putting.

A warning to potential customers in Europe!
Watch Mod advertises excellent customer service and the quality of Seiko watches. However, if a delivered watch has a problem, those promises disappear. Customers are first required to send detailed videos of the defective watch. Then, the company may try to settle the issue with only a 10% credit. Returns to the USA are entirely at the customer’s expense, with no accommodation from Watch Mod. On top of all the effort, additional shipping costs amount to roughly one-third of the original price of the watch.
My advice: Buy elsewhere!

Waited a month for delivery. They said going thru customs when it came from Illinois to NY and that was after contacting my credit card company when they finally shipped it. When it came guess what not what I ordered the complete opposite. Its a scam company.

I ordered 3 watches 2 weeks ago and it said it shipped last week so I emailed to see where they are and they said I didn’t get the expedited shipping so it could take up to 14days and by the way the tracking is not so good. Ok,so. My order is taking far too long to arrive. The watch mod tracking section is weirdly vague. I sent an email to them today requesting specific information about the location of my order and an expected arrival day.
